การพัฒนาบทเรียนบนเว็บ เรื่อง การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียนบนเว็บ เรื่องการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี ให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนบทเรียนบนเว็บและ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่เรียนเรื่องการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาผ่านบทเรียนบนเว็บที่พัฒนาขึ้นกระบวนการพัฒนาบทเรียนบนเว็บ ประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) การวิเคราะห์ (Analysis) 2) การออกแบบ (Design) 3) การพัฒนา (Development) 4) การนำไปใช้ (Implementation) และ 5)การประเมินผล (Evaluation) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แบบทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนบนเว็บ 2) แบบประเมินบทเรียนบนเว็บ 6) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนบนเว็บ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ กลุ่มนิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ชั้นปีที่ 2 ที่กำลังศึกษารายวิชาองค์การและการจัดการศึกษา ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 30 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติในการแจกแจงแบบที (t-test)          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า          1.ผลการพัฒนาทำให้ได้บทเรียนบนเว็บเรื่อง การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 4 บทเรียน ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 80.75/85.67 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ได้กำหนดไว้          2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการเรียนบทเรียนบนเว็บเรื่องการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา พบว่า หลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนบนเว็บผู้เรียนมีคะแนนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนบทเรียนบนเว็บอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05          3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนบนเว็บ พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก          1. The purposes of this research were to (1) to develop web-based lesson on education quality assurance for undergraduate students to meet the efficiency criteria of 80/80 2) to study learning achievement of students after learning from the web-based and 3) to study students’ satisfaction toward the developed web-based lesson. The web-based lesson was developed in an 5 step procedure: (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation          2. The Research instruments for web-based lesson design and development were (1) Content of lessons on education quality assurance (2) Computer hardware (3) Programs including Moodle, Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Sound Recording (4) the evaluation form for web-based on education quality assurance for bachelor’s degree students. The instruments for evaluation were the achievement test on web-based lessons on education quality assurance and (2) the evaluation form for student’s satisfaction. The participants of the lesson implementation were 30 students in the second year at the Faculty of Education, Burapha university who study course on organization and education management in academic year 2013. Data were analyzed by statistics, using Mean (X̅), Standard Deviation, and t-test dependent           The results of th;          1. The Web-based lessons on education quality assurance for undergraduate students were developed. They posses the efficiency value of 80.75/85.67 which higher than the standard criterion.          2. The mean of the learning achievement of students after learning through web-based lessons was that the students had higher score of was significantly higher at the .05 posttest compared to the pretest at .05 significance level.          3. The student’s satisfaction toward web-based lessons were at high level of satisfaction
