การพัฒนาระบบการบริหารงานการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาที่มีต่อการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และเพื่อประเมินระบบการบริหารงานการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 5 คน หัวหน้าวิชาการ จำนวน 5 คน และนักเรียน จำนวน 35 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 45 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสำรวจ คู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 แบบประเมินตนเองและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่า ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี ประสิทธิผล และทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย โดยใช้การทดสอบค่า t-test (Dependent Sample t-test)          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า          1. สภาพการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน พบว่ามีสภาพการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมาก (X̅ = 4.06) และเมื่อพิจารณาสภาพการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์เป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน (X̅ = 3.80-4.39)          2. ปัญหาการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน พบว่า มีปัญหาการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับน้อย (X̅ = 1.78) และเมื่อพิจารณาปัญหาการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์เป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน (X̅ = 1.60-2.33)          3. ผลการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารงานการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การสร้างความตระหนัก การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ การนำไปประยุกต์ใช้และการประเมินผล          4. ผลการประเมินระบบการบริหารงานการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.7682 แสดงว่านักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์โดยรวมสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองเท่ากับ .7682 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.82 งานวิจัยนี้ทำให้เห็นว่าระบบการบริหารงานการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ได้แก่ รักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต มีวินัย ใฝ่เรียนรู้ อยู่อย่างพอเพียง มุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน รักความเป็นไทย และมีจิตสาธารณะ          The objectives of this research were to study state and problem that to develop the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics basic education commission level and to evaluate its effectiveness the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics of Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample that to used to develop the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics is 5 administrations, 5 head of academics affairs and 35 students. Then the total of sample was 45. They were selected by a purposive sampling method. The instrument used for gathering data was the Questionnaire for the patrol. The Handbook for learning activity following The Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008). The Evaluation From of Management Implementation for improving the student’s desirable characteristics and the Interview. The statistics used to analyze the data were Alpha Coefficient’s Cronbach, mean, standard deviation, the index of effectiveness and tested the hypotheses by dependent sample t-test.          The finding were as follows:          1.Most of teachers and administrators had strongly agreed that state of develop the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics was in “High” level (X̅ = 4.06) when, separate lay a side meet that was in “High” level (X̅ = 3.80-4.39)          2. Most of teachers and administrators had strongly agreed that problem of develop the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics following The was in “few” level (X̅ = 1.78) when, separate lay a side meet that was in “few” level (X̅ = 1.60-2.33)          3. The result of development the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics basic education commission level were composed of 4 stages: 1) awareness of activities, 2) activities for characteristics promotions, 3) application; and 4) evaluation.          4. The result of the implementing the management system learning activity for improving student’s desirable characteristics basic education commission level. At the posttest significantly higher than the pretest at .05. The effectiveness index total 0.7682 meaning 76.82% of student’s learning were developed.          This study revealed that administration for learning activity to improving student’s desirable characteristics effect to student’s desirable characteristics following The Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008) in the sense of Love of nation, religion and king, Honesty and integrity, Self-discipline, Avidity for learning, Observance of principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in one’s way of life, Dedication and commitment to work, Cherishing Thai-ness and Public-mindedness.
