การพัฒนารูปแบบในการจัดตั้งโรงเรียนนานาชาติที่บางแสน จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดตั้งโรงเรียนนานาชาติที่บางแสน จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยการใช้เทคนิควิจัยอนาคต (EDFR) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการจัดตั้งโรงเรียนนานาชาติที่บางแสน จังหวัดชลบุรี ทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีดังนี้ ด้านคุณลักษณะทางกายภาพ โรงเรียนก่อตั้งในบริเวณที่มีสภาพแวดล้อมดีและมีการคมนาคมสะดวก มีสิ่งก่อสร้างคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย สร้างสรรค์และใช้งานได้จริง ในบรรยากาศของความเป็นธรรมชาติ และให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นเหมือนบ้าน มีห้องประกอบการต่าง ๆ ครบถ้วน จัดห้องเรียนและพื้นที่โดยรอบให้กระตุ้นและเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ โดยเน้นธรรมชาติผสมผสานกับความโดดเด่นของบางแสน เช่น องค์ความรู้ หรือสัญลักษณ์ต่าง ๆ ทางทะเล และจัดบริการต่าง ๆ ตามความเหมาะสม โดยคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของนักเรียนอย่างแท้จริง ขนาดของโรงเรียนสอดคล้องกับความพร้อมและนโยบายของผู้ก่อตั้ง โดยมีอัตราส่วนของนักเรียนต่อห้องเรียนตามเกณฑ์กำหนด เพื่อให้การเรียนการสอนเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ผู้อำนวยการเป็นผู้บริหารจัดการด้านวิชาการ ผู้จัดการเป็นผู้บริหารจัดการทั่วไป มีตัวแทนครูและผู้ปกครองในคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยให้บุคลากรทุกคน ตระหนักถึงนโยบายของโรงเรียน รู้จักขอบเขตการทำงานและปฏิบัติตาม เพื่อที่ทุกฝ่ายก้าวไปในทิศทางเดียวกันและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ ให้พิจารณาคุณสมบัติของทุกตำแหน่งทั้งความรู้ความสามารถ (IQ) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (EQ) และด้านศีลธรรม (MQ) โดยเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการเรียนต่ำ ในขณะที่โรงเรียนยังสามารถดำเนินกิจการได้ ด้านคุณภาพกำหนดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามความพร้อมทางด้านร่างกาย สติปัญญา จิตใจ อารมณ์ สังคมและจิตวิญญาณผ่านการเรียนและการเล่น ผ่านศิลปะ ดนตรีและกีฬา ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีความพร้อมทุกด้านและพร้อมในการเรียนระดับชั้นต่อไปThis research aims to study factors of establishing an international school in Bangsaen Chonburi province with Ethnographic Delphi futures research (EDFR). The results showed that there were three models to consider in establishing an international school in Bangsaen Chonburi province.The first factor concerns the environmental factors: The school should be found in a good location and have convenient transportation. The construction should be secure, creative, hospitable, and in a natural atmosphere. The school should have enough operational room and Area to facilitate student learning and emphasize integration between natural elements of the Bangsaen area, such as sea or marine symbols. Appropriate services should be arranged for the Benefit of the students. The school size should be established according to the founder’s readiness And policy, and also the student-classroom ration will depend on the principles of educational efficiency.The second factor concerns school management: The school director will manager academics, while the school manager will work on general management and also have teachers and parents In a representative school board. Everyone will be aware of school policy, to know and observe their own terms of reference in order to head in the same direction and complete school objectives.Personal qualifications will be considered in terms of intelligence, emotional intelligence, and Moral quotient. The tuitions fees should be determined as low as the school can operate.The third factor is educational quality: Learner development activities should be assignedAccording to school objectives in order to prepare the readiness of students in mind, body, Intelligence, emotional, social and spiritual growth by learning and playing through art, music, and sports.Graduates should be ready in every aspect for the next learning level.
