ความต้องการของผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูงประเภทวิชาบริหารธุรกิจในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ประเภทวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและประเภทธุรกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ หัวหน้าฝ่ายบุคคล หัวหน้าแผนก ในเขตนิคมอุตสหกรรมอมตะนคร จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) ความเปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ความต้องการของผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการที่มีคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ประเภทวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวินัยในตนเอง ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ ด้านบุคลิกภาพและด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน 2. เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ทั้ง 5 ประการตามความต้องการของผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ประเภทวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการมีวินัยในตนเอง ด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและประเภทธุรกิจแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the needs of enterprise administrators towards characteristics of the vocational diploma graduates, in Business Administration, in AMATA NAKORN Industrial Estate, as classified by position and line of business. The sample consisted of 260 personnel managers and heads department of the private entrepreneurs in the AMATA Industrial Estate. The instrument used for collecting the data was a 5-level rating-scale questionnaire. Mean, standard deviation, (t-test) and one-way analysis of variance were employed for the analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Needs of enterprise administrators towards characteristics of the vocational diploma graduates, in Business Administration in AMATA NAKORN Industrial Estate rated at a high level and ranked from more to less were self-disciplinary, ethics and morality, temper control, personality and professional capability. 2. No significant differences were found in 5 Needs of enterprise administrators towards characteristics of the vocational diploma graduates, in Business Administration in AMATA NAKORN Industrial Estate, as classified by position and line of business. These characteristics were personality, professional capability, self-disciplinary, temper control and ethics and morality.
