การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) สร้างชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ วิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ที่ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิคการแบ่งกลุ่มแบบกลุ่มสัมฤทธิ์ 3) ศึกษาเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของผู้เรียนหลังเรียนด้วยชุดด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์โดยใช้การจัดการการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิคการแบ่งกลุ่มแบบกลุ่มสัมฤทธิ์กับเกณฑ์ระดับดี วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ 2) ทดสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 3) ทดลองใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลอง คือ นักเรียนระดับบชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนพนัสพิทยาคาร จำนวน 43 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยมส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, E/E และ t-test (Despendent samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ วิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ ที่สร้างขึ้นมี ประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 = 83.55/78.68 2. นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีผลสัมฤธิ์ทางการเรียน วิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง ระบต่อมไร้ท่อ หลังเรียนสูง กว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีเจตคติทางวิทยาศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับดี The purposes of this research were 1) To construct leaning package in biology which meet the performance standard criterion at E1/E2 = 80/80. 2) To compare biology achievement in grade 11 students on the topic of endocrine system between before and after learning by using biology learning packages with cooperative learning technique STAD. 3) To student scientific attitude of the students after using biology learning package with cooperative learning technique STAD at good level. The research procedure consisted of 3 steps: the first, constructing biology learning packages; the second, testing a quality of the research tools and the third, carrying out experiments by using the biology learning packages. The sample were grade 11 students from Phanatpittayakarn School with a sample of 43 students. The data collection instruments were biology learning package in endocrine system,Achivement test and scientific attitude test. Data were analyzed by mean,standard deviation, E1/E2 and t-test for dependent. The finding revealed as follows: 1. The efficiency of the biology learning packages on the topic of endocrine system Achieved the standard at E1/E2 = 83.55/78.68 2. The student achievement after learning through biology learning packages on the topic of endocrine system was higher than those before learning with a statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. The student scientific attitude was at a good level
