การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบหาข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้น ประกอบการตัดสินใจในการบริหารและพัฒนาหลักสูตร ของหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสอนนาฎยสังคีต ภาควิชาการจัดการการเรียนรู้ (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2548) คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประเมินความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงสร้างและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร วิเคราห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่า ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร จำนวน 5 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน ที่ทำการสอนในหลักสูตรที่ประเมินในระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2549-2557 จำนวน 3 คน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ที่นิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์ จำนวน 29 คน นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 5 ที่เข้าศึกษา ตั้งแต่ปีการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 ที่ยังไม่สำเร็จการศึกษา ในหลักสูตรนี้ จำนวน 29 คน และศิษย์เก่าที่เข้ามศึกษาตั้งแต่ ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จนถึงปีการศึกษาปี 2557 ซึ่งสำเร็จการศึกษาในหลักสูตรนี้แล้ว จำนวน 12 คน ระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่าง เดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2557 ถึงเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2558 ผลการวิจัยที่พบว่า ผ่านเกณฑ์ทุกตัวแปร สำหรับตัวแปรที่ควรนำมาพิจารราเพื่อปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้นคือด้านกระบวนการประเด็นปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนและสิ่งสนับสนุนการศึกษา ได้แก่ ห้องปฏิบัติดนตรีเครื่องสาย ห้องเครื่องปี่พาทย์ ไม่เพียงพอกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน การสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีในการเรียนการสอนโดยอาจารย์ผู้สอนและนิสิตปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Interaction) กันมากขึ้น และเครื่องดนตรีเครื่องสาย เครื่องปี่พาทย์ ไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนิสิต This study aimed to assess the Bachelor of Education Program in Thai music and dance teaching (revised 2005), Department of Learning Management, Faculty of Education, Burapha University. The instrument was the questionnaire that evaluates the correlation of the objective and contents of the curriculum. The collected data were statistically analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. There were 78 participants including 5 curriculum committees, 3 expert instructors teaching in 2006-2015 academic year, 29 school directors, 29 fifth year student teachers who attended university in 1st semester of 2010 academic year and have not yet graduated, practicing the school practicum and 12 alumni who attended university in 1st semester of 2009 academic year and have already graduated from this curriculum. The duration was from the month of August, 2014 to the month of January, 2015. The finding revealed that all the variables met the acceptable standard. The selected variables for better improvement consisted of process factor; the supporting factor and educational supporters such as the string instrument’s practice room, the PiPat’s room that were inefficient for the teaching and learning process, the good teaching and learning atmosphere showing the more interaction between lecturers and students and the insufficiency of the string instruments and the PiPat instruments to the amount of students.
