รายงานการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) ศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของชุดการเรียนรู้หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการเรียนโดยใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5/2 โรวเรียนเทศบาลวัดชัยชุมพล สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองทุ่งสง ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 46 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง จำนวน 4 เล่ม 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 40 ข้อ และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนจำนวน 10 ข้อ เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (rating scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัย 1. ชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จากการใช้จริงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 86.27/83.92 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/802. ดัชนีประสิทธิผลของชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 เท่ากับ 0.8141 แสดงว่านักเรียน มีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น 0.8414 หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.14 3. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่เรียนด้วยการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 4. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนโดยใช้ ชุดการเรียนรู้ สู่หน้าที่พลเมือง กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดThe purposes of this research were: 1) To develop a learning package on Leading to Civic Responsibilities for Grade 5 students with the efficiency based on the criterion of 80/80; 2) To investigate the value of effectiveness index of this learning package; 3) To compare the academic achievement of the dtudents’ pretest and posttest after through the learning package on Leading to Civic Responsibilities, and 4) To examine Grade 5 students’ satisfaction towards learning through to use of this learning package. The sample, derived by means of cluster random sampling, consisted of 46 Grade 5/2 student studying in the first semester of the academic year 2014 at TedsabanWat Chai Chumpon School under the jurisdiction of Muaung Municipality. Research instrument include: 1) Learning package on Leading to Civic Responsibilities which has four books; 2) A 40-item, 4-alternative multiple choice academic achievement test; and 3) A 5 level rating scale questionnaire on students’ satisfaction. Statistical devices employd for the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.The findings were as follows:1. The efficiency of the learning package on Leading to Civic Responsibilities in the Learning Area of Social Studies, Religion anf Culture for Grade 5 students, resulting from the learning of the sample, was found at 86.27/83.92, which was higher than the criterion 80/80 criterion as set.2. The effectiveness index of the learning package to Civic Responsibilities in the Learning Area of Social Studies, Religion and Culture for Grade 5 students was found at 0.8414 .This signifies that the students’ knowledge has been increased at 0.8414 or 84.14 percent.3. The academic achievement of the Grade 5 student after learning through the use of the learning package on Leading to Civic Responsibilities in the Learning Area of Social Studies, Religion and Culture was found significantly higher than that of before learning at the statistical level of .05.4. The overall satisfaction level of the grade 5 students towards the use of the learning package on Leading to Civic Responsibilities in the Learning Area of Social Studies, Religion and Culture was found at the highest level.
