การวิจียมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการฝึกปฏิบัติในงานจริงสำหรับนิสิตครู คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรม 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมของนิสิตที่ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรม กับนิสิตที่ฝึกอบรมแบบปกติ และ 4) เพื่อประเมินรับรองชุดฝึกอบรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาเอกสาร หลักการ ทฤษฎี งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และวิเคราะห์ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม 2) กำหนดคุณลักษณธและออกแบบชุดฝึกอบรม 3)ตรวจสอบคุณภาพชุด ฝึกอบรม 4)สร้างชุดฝึกอบรม 5)ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรม 6)ทดลองใช้จริงโดยการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมของนิสิตที่ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรม กับนิสิตครูที่ฝึกอบรมแบบปกติ 7)รับรองชุดฝึกอบรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย มีดังนี้ นิสิตหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต(5 ปี) ทุกสาขาวาที่กำลังศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 ที่สนใจสมัครเข้าโครงการฝึกอบรม และผ่านการทำแบบทดสอบความร็พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการสอนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จำนวน 60 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มๆ ละ 30 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1)ชุดฝึกอบรม 2)แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 3)แบบประเมินรับรองชุดฝึกอบรม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ชุดฝึกอบรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการฝึกปฏิบัติในงานจริง สำหรับครูคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 2. คะแนนทดสอบหลังฝึกอบรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการฝึกปฎิบัติในงานจริงสำหรับนิสิตครู คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา สูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึก อบรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการฝึกปฏิบัติในงานของจริงของนิสิตครู สูงกว่าการฝึกอบรมแบบปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. การประเมินรับรองชุดฝึกอบรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ มหาลัยบูรพาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในเกณฑ์ “เหมาะสมมากที่สุด” The objectives of this research were 1) to efficiently develop training pa on online media teaching application by Hands-on Training (HOT) model for teacher students of Education Faculty at Burapha University when 2) to compare the score before and after training with training package 3) to compare training achievement of the students who were rained with training package and the students who were trained with normal training strategy and 4) to assess for certify the training package by the experts The research methods were 1) studied relevant documents, principles, theories, researches, and analyzed the trainees 2) designed and defined the quality of training package 3) verified tried out by comparing the training achievement of the students who were trained with training package and the students who were trained with normal training strategy and 7) certified training package by the experts. 60 senior students in Bachelor of Education Program (5 years) of all programs, Semester 1/2014, who had applied the training project and passed the test on media online teaching application were selected as the sample, selected by purposive sampling. The sample was divided equally into two groups: experimental group and control group. The research instruments were 1) training package 2) pre-test and post-test 3) training package assessment form by the experts. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were applied to analyze collected data. The research results found that: 1. Training package on online media teaching application by Hands-on Training (HOT) model for teacher students of Education Faculty at Burapha University. 2. After training with training package on online media teaching application by Hands-on Training (HOT) model for teacher students of Education Faculty at Burapha University, the mean score was higher than the mean score before training strategy at .01 level of significance 3. The achievement of training with training package on online media teaching application by Hands-on Training (HOT) model for teacher students was higher than those with the traditional training strategy at at .01 level of significance 4. The assessment to certify the training package on online media teaching application by Hands-on Training (HOT) model for teacher students of Education Faculty at Burapha University by the experts found that it was in the most suitable level.
