ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศล ของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศล ของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา และ 2) ผลการยืนยันปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศล ของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาค้นคว้าปัจจัยที่ ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การวิเคราะห์ ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศลของวัดในพระพทุธศาสนา ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การยืนยัน ผลการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอยางประกอบด้วยโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศลของวัดในพระพทุธศาสนา จำนวน 92 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้บริหารและครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระรวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 276 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปและการ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศลของวัดในพระพทุธศาสนา ประกอบด้วย 5 ปัจจัยหลัก 4 ปัจจัยย่อย คือ 1) ปัจจัยด้านบริบทและมุมมองของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 2 ปัจจัยย่อยคือ 1.1) ปัจจัยด้านบริบทของสถานศึกษา และ 1.2) ปัจจัยด้านมุมมองของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ปัจจัยด้าน อำนาจหน้าที่และภาวะผู้นำ ประกอบด้วย 2 ปัจจัยย่อยคือ 2.1) ปัจจัยด้านอำนาจหน้าที่และ 2.2) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะ ผู้นำ 3) ปัจจัยด้านอคติและความเหมาะสม 4) ปัจจัยด้านวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหาร และ 5) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพปัญหา ภายในองค์กร 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนการกุศลของวัดในพระพทุธศาสนา ทงั้ 5 ปัจจัยได้รับการตรวจสอบยืนยันจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิว่า มีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้ สามารถนำไปใช้ ประโยชน์และมีความถูกต้อง ครอบคลุม สอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี หลักการ และแนวคิดตามกรอบการวิจัย The purposes of this research were to study : 1) the factors effecting decision making of the administrator of Buddhist charitable school and 2) the confirmation the decision making elements of the administrator of Buddhist charitable school. The 3 steps of this research operation were 1) studying the factors effecting the decision making of the administrator of Buddhist charitable school, 2) analyzing the components of factors effecting decision making of the administrator of Buddhist charitable school and 3) comfirm the findings. The sample were 92 Buddhist charitable schools. The data were collected from the directors, deputy directors and teachers, totally 276 respondents. The research instruments were a unstructured interview and a opinionnaires. The statistics used for analysis the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and content analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The factors effecting the decision-making of the administrator of the Buddhist charitable school is composed of 5 factors: 1) the context of the school administrator’s perspective which is composed of 2 sub factors : 1.1) school context 1.2) school administrator’s perspective 2) authority and leadership which composed of 2 sub factors : 2.1) authority factor 2.2) leadership factor 3) prejudice and suitability 4) the vision of the executive and 5) organization problems. 2. Factors affecting the decision of the administrator of the Buddhist charitable school of 5 factors has been confirmed by experts. It was found that it is appropriate, possibility to use, accuracy and covered in accordance with the theories, principles and concepts in research framework.
