ทักษะชีวิตของเด็กปฐมวัย ในยุคประเทศไทย 4.0

Abstract

          ในยุคที่ประเทศไทยกำลังขับเคลื่อนด้วยโมเดล “ประเทศไทย 4.0” ซึ่งเป็นแผนการปฏิรูปโครงสร้าง ทางเศรษฐกิจ ที่รัฐใช้เป็นแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อน เพื่อนำพาประเทศไปสู่ “ความมั่นคง มั่งคั่ง และยั่งยืน” ตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี (พ.ศ. 2560-2579) การขับเคลื่อนครั้งนี้จะต้องปฏิรูปทั้งหมด โดยเฉพาะ เรื่องการศึกษา และแรงงานของคนในประเทศ การศึกษาจึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะทำให้โมเดล “ประเทศไทย 4.0” ไปถึงจุดหมาย อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ดังนั้นการเตรียมความพร้อมทางการศึกษาในเด็กปฐมวัยจึงถือว่าเป็นสิ่ง สำคัญจะนำพาประเทศไปสู่เป้าหมายในอีก 20 ปีข้างหน้า เด็กปฐมวัยถือว่าเป็นวัยของการเริ่มต้นเรียนรู้ และการ ปลูกฝังสิ่งดีงาม การปลูกฝังทักษะชีวิตจึงควรจะเริ่มปลูกฝังในวัยนี้ ครูและผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทอย่างยิ่งที่ จะส่งเสริมและเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กได้ฝึกการใช้ทักษะชีวิต การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมให้เด็กปฐมวัยมีทักษะชีวิตที่ เหมาะสมกับวัย ควรจะเป็นกิจกรรมที่เน้นให้เด็กได้เล่น ได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง และได้รับประสบการณ์ตรง เพราะ จะทำให้เด็กได้มีโอกาสฝึกการใช้ทักษะชีวิต และแก้ปัญหาโดยตรง ดังนั้นผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาประเทศ ต้องตระหนัก และให้ความสำคัญกับการเตรียมความพร้อมทักษะชีวิตที่จำเป็นในเด็กปฐมวัย เพื่อเด็กจะได้เติบโต เป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่มีคุณภาพในอนาคต พร้อมที่จะนำพาประเทศไทยไปสู่ความเจริญ และสันติสุขต่อไป           Thailand is moving toward the Thailand 4.0 economic model that prompts the government to transform all economic structures in order that the country can become a developed nation with “stability, prosperity and sustainability” according to the 20-Year National Strategy (2017- 2036). Following Thailand 4.0 model reform of the whole economy, particularly in terms of education and labor issues which have been considered core factors for the effective and efficient achievement of the goals. For this reason, educational preparation for young learners is a key target for the country in the next 20 years. Children should be provided with good and proper knowledge as well as necessary life skills in early childhood which is the stage where they begin to learn things. Both teachers and parents have crucial roles in instilling necessary life skills in children by having them engage in activities that allow them to exercise these life skills and receive hands-on experience in problem solving. All parties involved in the development of the country should recognize the importance of life skills preparation among young learners so that they can grow up to become high-achieving adults who can help and bring the continued peace and prosperity to the country.
