การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา อำเภอวังเวียง จังหวัดเวียงจันทน์ สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว

Abstract

          การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา อำเภอวังเวียง จังหวัดเวียงจันทน์ สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยศึกษาจาก ตัวแปรการบริหารงานวิชาการ 6 ด้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 155 คน เครื่อง มือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ค่าดัชนีความ ต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา(PNI modified) และค่าความถี่ร้อยละ (Percentage) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (content analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในสภาพที่เป็นจริงในปัจจุบัน โดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง และในสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นในความคาดหวัง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยรวมและราย ด้านอยู่ในระดับความต้องการในการพัฒนา 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนควรมีสิ่งพิมพ์ หนังสือ คู่มือ ตำรา ต่างๆที่เพียงพอ และควรส่งเสริมครูมีการอบรมเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรใหม่ การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ บุคลากรครูควรได้รับการยกระดับความรู้ความสามารถและการศึกษาที่สูงขึ้น และ ควรการนำใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตและคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน การพัฒนาและส่งเสริมแหล่งเรียนรู้ ควรมีห้องสมุด ห้องอ่านที่มีหนังสือ ตำราที่มีความหลากหลาก มีห้องทดลองและอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนที่ประกอบเข้าในการเรียนการสอนของ ครู การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ควรมีอุปกรณ์และสื่อที่ทันสมัยครบถ้วนเพียงพอเข้าในการ เรียนการสอน .การนิเทศการศึกษา แผนกศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาควรมีการจัดและ ติดตามการนิเทศให้แก่โรงเรียนสม่ำเสมอ การวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา ควรมีระเบียบและเกณฑ์การวัด และประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ที่ได้มาตรฐานและตามสภาพความเป็นจริงและควรทดสอบด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลาย           The purposes of this study were to study the problem and development of academic administration in secondary school. There were study six variables of academic administration. The samples were 155 teachers who teaching in secondary school. The research instruments were questionnaire and interview that used for collecting data was a set of five-level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used in this research were mean, standard deviation, modified priority need index (PNI modified), percentage and content analysis The results of the study were as follows: 1. the problems of academic administration in secondary school for degree of success, as a whole, were rated at a moderate level and for index of expectation, as a whole, were rated at high level of the needed development 2. modified priority need index for academic administration in secondary school, as a whole, were needed for developing individual aspects. 3. the guideline for academic administration in secondary school were: curriculum development; school should have enough curriculum, instrument, and the teacher should have trained for new curriculum. Learning process development; teacher should access to new skill, knowledge, competence and higher education level. School should use internet and computer for teaching and learning. Learning resources development; school should have expanded library, reading rooms and lab rooms. Instruction and technology development; school should have enough instrument and advance technology media for teaching and learning. School supervision; Province Educational Service or District Educational Bureau should observe continuously and evaluate school supervision for individual school should plan year around. Measurement and evaluation; school should have strictly and various rule and principle for measurement and evaluation with authentic evaluate and test by variety methods.
