การประเมินหลักสูตรและความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต : กรณีศึกษาหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง)

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง) ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2549 โดยใช้แบบจำลองการประเมินแบบซิปป์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิด เห็นต่อคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ และคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่เป็นจริงของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคิด เห็นต่อความต้องการหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง) และการนำ ความรู้ไปใช้ในการทำงานของบัณฑิต 4) เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการศึกษา บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง) ให้เกิดศักยภาพสูงและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการ ของผู้เรียนและผู้ใช้บัณฑิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2549-2553 กรรมการ ประจำหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้สอนและผู้ใช้บัณฑิตตามหน่วยงาน/สถานประกอบการ จำนวน 310 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่ม แบบหลายขั้นตอน และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมี โครงสร้าง จำนวน 3 ชุด คือ ชุดที่ 1 สำหรับบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ชุดที่ 2 สำหรับกรรมการประจำหลักสูตร และอาจารย์ผู้สอน และชุดที่ 3 สำหรับผู้ใช้บัณฑิตตามหน่วยงาน/สถานประกอบการผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง) ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2549 มีรายละเอียด ดังนี้ 1.1 ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตต่อหลักสูตรฯ โดยรวมทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ และเมื่อ แยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริบทมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้ามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ ด้าน กระบวนการมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ และด้านผลิตผลมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก1.2 ความคิดเห็นของกรรมการประจำหลักสูตรและอาจารย์ผู้สอนต่อหลักสูตรฯ โดยรวมทุกด้านมี ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริบทมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ ด้านกระบวนการมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านผลิตผลมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่เป็นจริงโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก3.ความคิดเห็นต่อความต้องการหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตร ต่อเนื่อง) และการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการทำงานของบัณฑิต มีรายละเอียด ดังนี้3.1 ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิต กรรมการประจำหลักสูตร และอาจารย์ผู้สอนต่อความต้องการหลักสูตรฯ โดยรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด3.2 ความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตต่อการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการทำงานโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการศึกษาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา (หลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง) ควรดำเนินการ ดังนี้4.1 ด้านบริบท ควรมีการปรับปรุงปรัชญา โครงสร้างหลักสูตร รายวิชา คำอธิบายรายวิชา และเนื้อหา รายวิชาของหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและเทคโนโลยียุคปัจจุบัน และตรง กับความต้องการของผู้เรียน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต และมีการเน้นทักษะที่ต้องใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตอยู่ในสังคม4.2 ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ผู้สอนควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะใน รายวิชาที่สอน พัฒนาผลงานใหม่ๆ ในสาขาวิชาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และทำตำแหน่งทางวิชาการในสาขาวิชาที่สอนจะ ช่วยเพิ่มความเข้มแข็งของหลักสูตร มีการจัดอบรมหรือสัมมนาเทคนิคการสอน กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ใหม่ๆ ระหว่างคณาจารย์ทั้งในและนอกสถาบันมีการจัดโครงการเสริมเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาความรู้ ทัศนคติ ทักษะพื้นฐานให้ นิสิต จัดสรรงบประมาณและจัดหาเอกสาร ตำรา สื่อวัสดุและห้องปฏิบัติการต่างๆ ให้เพียงพอเหมาะสม4.3 ด้านกระบวนการ การจัดการเรียนการสอนต้องมีทั้งทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ ผู้สอนควรกำหนดเกณฑ์การ ประเมินให้ชัดเจน และต้องประเมินให้หลากหลาย ควรมีการประเมินตามวงรอบ 4 ปี และในช่วงระหว่างการใช้ หลักสูตรกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรกับผู้สอนต้องมีการประชุมกัน นำผลประเมินผู้สอน/ผู้เรียนทุกภาคการศึกษามา วิเคราะห์อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ทราบปัญหาและแก้ไข ปรับปรุง บริหารจัดการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ4.4 ด้านผลิตผล ควรมีการส่งเสริมหรือจัดให้นิสิตได้ฝึกประสบการณ์จริงตามหน่วยงาน/สถานประกอบ การโดยอาจทำเป็นลักษณะโครงการร่วมระหว่างภาควิชาฯกับหน่วยงานเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตได้ฝึกประสบการณ์ ตรง กระตุ้น ส่งเสริมให้บัณฑิตกล้าคิด กล้าเสนอความคิดใหม่ๆ ช่วงระหว่างศึกษาผู้สอนควรเน้นจัดกิจกรรมให้ นิสิตได้เสนอความคิดใหม่และฝึกนำเสนอให้คนอื่นเข้าใจได้ง่ายและน่าสนใจ           The purposes of this research were :1) to evaluate the Educational Technology Program (Continuing Program) in Bachelor Degree curriculum which is revised in 2007 by applying CIPP model for evaluation. 2) to study the opinions of the employers about the ideal characteristics and actual characteristics of graduates. 3) to study the opinions for the requirements of the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) and knowledge implementation in work of graduates. 4) to make the suggestions and guidelines to improve the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) to achieve potentiality and responsive for the requirements of learners and employers.The sample of this research were 310 persons; consisted of graduates in the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) in academic year 2006 - 2010, the committee of the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program), instructors and employers by using Multi-stage Random Sampling and Simple Random Sampling.The instruments of this research were the 5 levels rating scale questionnaire and the structured interview type. They consisted of 3 sets:1) for graduates, 2) for the committee of the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) and 3) for instructors and employers.The research found that :1. The results of evaluation on the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) which is revised in 2007 were:1.1 The opinions of graduates to curriculum in all of aspects were average at the uncertain level which the context aspect was at the high level, input aspect was at the uncertain level, process aspect was at the uncertain level and product aspect was at the high level.1.2 The opinions of the curriculum committee and instructors to curriculum in all of aspects were average at the high level which the context aspect was at the high level, input aspect was at the uncertain level, process aspect was at the high level and product aspect was at the high level.2. The opinions of employers to the ideal characteristics were at the highest level and actual characteristics were at the high level.3. The opinions to the requirements of the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) and knowledge implementation in work of graduate were:3.1 The opinions of graduates, the curriculum committee and instructors to the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) were at the highest level.3.2 The opinions of graduates to knowledge implementation in work at the high level.4. The suggestions and guidelines for improving of the Educational Technology Program in Bachelor Degree (Continuing Program) were as follows :4.1 Context Evaluation Aspect : The results indicated that should improve philosophy, course outline, course description and course content of the curriculum appropriate to the current economic, social and technological and meet with requirements of learners and graduate–employers and specific psychomotor aspect which are used for existing of life in society.4.2 Input Evaluation Aspect : Instructor should have knowledge which are the curriculum, specific specialization in subject, continually developing of new task and should make academic position for subjects which they teach that is promoting of strength of the curriculum. Department of Educational Technology manage training or seminar about techniques of pedagogy and learning process, the enhanced project about development of knowledge, attitude and basic psychomotor for learners, allocate budget and provide textbooks, hardware and software media and set up laboratory be adequate and appropriate for learner.4.3 Process Evaluation Aspect : Instructional management requires both of theory and practice that instructors should explicitly determine and must use a variety of measurement, should get evaluation for every 4 years according to circular of evaluation of the curriculum. During of using the program, the committee and instructors of Bachelor of Education Program in Educational Technology (Continuing Program) should have conference together, show output of evaluation of instructors and learners and analyze information of evaluation for awareness to problems and solving problems, improve and effectively management.4.4 Product Evaluation Aspect : should be enhanced to provide opportunities for students to practice real-world experience to the agencies or workplace by doing a collaboration project between department of Educational Technology and the agencies or workplace for opportunities of students to practice directed experience, to stimulate thinking and encourage students to express ideas or new ideas. During the study should focus on activities to teach students to practice presenting new ideas to other people to understand as easy and interesting.
