การสร้างเครือข่ายอาสาสมัครด้วยกิจกรรมยางยืด

Abstract

          วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาการสร้างเครือข่ายจิตอาสายางยืด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น อาสาสมัครที่มาร่วมงานกิจกรรมยางยืดเปลี่ยนชีวิต จำนวน 83 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย สรุปผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เหตุผลของการเลือกทำงานจิตอาสายางยืด ส่วนใหญ่ให้เหตุผลว่าอยากใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ รองลงมาบอกว่ากิจกรรมมีประโยชน์กับตนเองและผู้อื่น สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง และอยากมาทำงานจิตอาสา ช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น 2) สิ่งที่ได้รับจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมยางยืดเปลี่ยนชีวิต พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามระบุว่าได้ ความรู้วิธีการทำยางยืด การออกกำลังกาย ความสุขใจ ผู้ให้ทั้งจิตใจ แรงกาย โดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน และได้ เพื่อนใหม่ 3) หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมจิตอาสายางยืด ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจะกลับไปทำแจก หรือสอนผู้อื่น ครอบครัว ญาติ รองลงมาจะสอนเพื่อนทำ และทำยางยืดไว้ใช้เอง 4) ความกล้าที่จะถักยางยืดไปแจกและ สาธิตให้ผู้ที่เราไม่รู้จักหรือไม่ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีความกล้าที่จะถักยางยืดไปแจก 5) อยากจะให้ผู้จัดกิจกรรม ช่วยเหลือสิ่งใด ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามระบุ ในด้านการทำยางยืดเพิ่มอีกหลายๆ แบบ รองลงมาอยากที่จะให้ไป สอนทำยางยืดในสถานที่ต่างๆ และอยากให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมบ่อยๆ 6) ความพึงพอใจการจัดกิจกรรม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจในระดับดีมาก           The proposes of this research was to 1) study the Volunteering network with rubber bands invention. Study sampling were 83 volunteers by simple random sampling, It was found that 1) The reasons for chose the rubber bands invention volunteer activities most of them explained that they want to spend their free time. Secondly, they said that the activities were beneficial to themselves and others. Can be used and wanted to do volunteer again. 2) What has been gained from participating in the the rubber bands invention volunteer activity? Respondents identified the following activities: Knowledge of how to make rubber bands invention, enjoy the exercise the mind and body, get any new friends 3) After do the volunteer activities. Respondents will distribute or teach other families, relatives, mostly to teach friends to do that. 4) Are you brave to distribute and demonstrate to the people do rubber bands invention?, the most brave to make rubber bands invention and give that, 5) What do you want organizer to do? The trainer will assist the volunteers demonstration to make more items of invention, the secondary volunteer want to get in activities in other places. 6) Satisfaction of the activities was found that the satisfaction was very good.
