รูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา

Abstract

          การวิจัยเรื่อง รูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา 2) เพื่อทดลองใช้รูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียน ครู เพื่อน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยภายใต้แผน งานวิจัยการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำของเยาวชนลุ่มน้ำคลองท่าแนะ จังหวัด พัทลุง ระยะที่ 1 จำนวน 144 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำจาก ผู้ประเมิน 4 แหล่ง ได้แก่ นักเรียน ครู ผู้ปกครอง และเพื่อนวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 การสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา และตอนที่ 2 การทดลองใช้รูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) รูปแบบการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำตามแนวคิดการประเมิน 360 องศา ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) เป้าหมายของการประเมิน (2) สิ่งที่มุ่งประเมิน (3) วิธีการประเมิน และ (4) วิธีการตัดสิน และมีคุณภาพในมิติความถูกต้องครอบคลุม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการประเมิน ความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการประเมินไปใช้ และความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยภายใต้แผนงานวิจัยการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อ เสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำของเยาวชนลุ่มน้ำคลองท่าแนะ จังหวัดพัทลุง ระยะที่ 1 มีจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำอยู่ใน ระดับมาก และคุณภาพของผลการประเมินจิตสำนึกรักษ์น้ำด้านความสอดคล้องของผลการประเมินมีค่าอยู่ ระหว่าง 0.870-0.988 ด้านความเที่ยงมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.707-0.968 และด้านความตรงตามเกณฑ์สัมพันธ์มีค่า อยู่ระหว่าง -0.062-0.809           The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the evaluation model of water conservation consciousness based on 360 degree feedback and 2) to pilot the evaluation model of water conservation consciousness based on 360 degree feedback. The research samples were 144 persons that consisted of students, teachers, friends and parents of the students who joined the research projects under the development of a learning process to enhance water conservation consciousness of basin community youths’ Khlong Ta Nae, Phatthalung province at the 1st period. The research process has two parts consist of1) creating and developing the evaluation model of water conservation consciousness based on 360 degree feedback and 2) piloting the evaluation model of water conservation          consciousness based on 360 degree feedback.          The research results revealed that 1) the evaluation model of water conservation consciousness based on 360 degree feedback consisted of (1) the goal of evaluation (2) the objects of evaluation (3) the method of evaluation and (4) the methods of judgment. The evaluation model of water conservation consciousness based on 360 degree feedback met the evaluation standards of accuracy at extremely high level, utility, feasibility and propriety at high level 2) Students who joined the research projects under the development of a learning process to enhance water conservation consciousness of basin community youths’ Khlong Ta Nae, Phatthalung province at the 1st period have the water conservation consciousness at high level. The Rater Agreement Index were range from 0.870 to 0.988, the reliability were range from 0.707 to 0.968 and the criterion-related validity were range from - 0.062 to 0.809.
