ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 316 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการ และสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา แบบมาตราประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .94 และ .92 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า          1. ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก          2. สมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก          3. ปัจจัยการบริหารที่สัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะการบริหารวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01          4. ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 มีเพียง 3 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ และปัจจัยด้านเจตคติ ร่วมกันทำนายตัวแปรทำให้มีอำนาจพยากรณ์เป็นร้อยละ 28.00 (R2 = 0.280) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยสามารถสร้างสมการถดถอยในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ ดังนี้          สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ           Yˆ = 1.32 + .285(X3) + .193(X1) + .194(X2)           สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน           Zˆ = .250(X3) + .183(X1) + .178(X2)           The purposes of this research were 1) to explore the administrative factors affecting academic administration competencies of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area1 1. The samples were 316 teachers under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area1 of academic year 2016. The research tool was a set of 5 rating scale questionnaires upon administrative factors affecting academic administration and administrative competencies of school administrators which both of issues set discrimination were between .30 to .75 and .30 to .65 and confidence level were between .94 to .92 respectively. Data analyzed with instant software for analyzing statistics are Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.          The result showed that          1. The administrative factors of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 were found at high level          2. The academic administration competencies of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 overall were found at high level.          3. The administrative factors which related to academic administration competencies of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 were overall in moderately positive relation at .01 level of significance          4. There were only 3 administrative factors which were able to affect academic administration competencies of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. These 3 factors that were the best dependent variables that increase 28% (R2=0.280) of power to predict academic administration competencies of school administrators were selfconfidence factor, leadership factor, and attitude factor, at .05 level of significance which could be able to create regression equation both with raw score and standard score as follows :          Raw score predicting equation           Yˆ = 1.32 + .285(X3) + .193(X1) + .194(X2)           Standard Score predicting equation           Zˆ = .250(X3) + .183(X1) + .178(X2)
