การพัฒนาระบบธนาคารข้อสอบรายบุคคลสำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษา

Abstract

          การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการปฏิบัติและสมรรถนะการออกข้อสอบของครู มัธยมศึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกข้อสอบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูจำนวน 398 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา 2) พัฒนาระบบธนาคารข้อสอบรายบุคคลของครูโรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษา ดำเนินการตรวจสอบระบบและเครื่องมือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 17 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมิน และแบบวิพากษ์ระบบการจัดทำธนาคารข้อสอบรายบุคคลสำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในรูปของ คณะกรรมการร่วม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ มัธยฐานและพิสัยควอไทล์ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินระบบธนาคารข้อสอบ รายบุคคลที่พัฒนาขึ้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมินประสิทธิผลการใช้ และแบบประเมินระบบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ครู 5 ท่าน และผู้ประเมินระบบธนาคารข้อสอบรายบุคคล 3 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ พื้นฐาน          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการปฏิบัติและสมรรถนะการออกข้อสอบของครูมัธยมศึกษาทั่วประเทศ ความรู้ระดับพอใช้มากที่สุด รองลงมามีความรู้ระดับอ่อน ดี ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ และดีมาก ตามลำดับ ความตระหนักในการออกข้อสอบของครูผู้สอนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษามีความตระหนักในการออกข้อสอบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก การปฏิบัติในการออกข้อสอบของครูโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ พบว่า ผลการประเมินหลังทดลองใช้ระบบธนาคารข้อสอบรายบุคคลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า ด้านความถูกต้องมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ตามลำดับ           This research was research and development. The purposes of this research were: 1) educate teacher’s item bank for secondary school teacher. The research instruments were questionnaires from the sample group of 398 teachers. The questionnaire was verified for content validity. 2) development of individual item bank system for secondary school teacher. Then, seventeen experts verified the research instruments by using evaluation forms and feedback forms. The data were also analyzed in the joint committee technique. The statistical analyses used were median and interquartile range. 3) try out as well as assess the effectiveness of the individual item bank system for secondary school teacher. As for the effectiveness assessment of the individual item bank system for secondary school teacher, the efficacy assessment forms and a system evaluation form were employed to obtain data from five teachers who were the target of the implementation. The data from efficacy assessment were analyzed by using basic statistics.          The educate found that the conditions of practice and assessment literacy of secondary-school teachers were mostly in the middle level, little knowledge, good, unsatisfactory, and excellent levels respectively. Awareness of Secondary School Teachers found that the overall level of awareness was high. And their practice of issuing tests of teachers were at a high level. Experimental results and individual item bank evaluation found that the overall effectiveness was at the excellent level, and when each aspect was scrutinized, the Accuracy Standards was at the highest level, followed by the Proprietary Standards, the Feasibility Standards and Utility Standards.
