“บูรพาไม่แพ้” ศึกษาปรากฏการณ์การเข้ามามีบทบาทของทหารกลุ่มบูรพาพยัคฆ์กับการเมืองไทย วิเคราะห์ภายใต้ Scenario Analysis

Abstract

          บูรพาไม่แพ้ เป็นปรากฏการณ์ทางการเมืองไทย ที่สืบเนื่องมาจาก รัฐประหารเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2549 ที่ส่งผลถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งทหารกับการเมืองไทยมีความเกี่ยวข้องกันอย่างมาก และจากผลการศึกษาภายใต้ Scenario Analysis พบว่า มีความเป็นได้ 3 กรณี คือ 1. กรณีที่ร้ายแรงที่สุด ที่อาจมีความรุนแรงหลังจากการ เลือกตั้ง ซึ่งมีความเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด กับอีกกรณี คือ 2. กรณีปานกลาง-ปกติ ซึ่งก็เป็นระดับปกติที่รัฐบาลต้องมีการผสานผลประโยชน์กับสถาบันทหารอย่างลงตัว และในกรณีสุดท้ายซึ่งเป็นไปได้น้อยที่สุด คือ 3. กรณีดี ที่สุด ที่มองว่าสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองจะไปในทิศทางดีขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม จากการศึกษาพบว่าชนชั้นกลางเป็นตัวแปรทางการเมือง แต่ท้ายที่สุดแล้วกลุ่มผลประโยชน์ทุกกลุ่มต้องมีการผสานผลประโยชน์กับสถาบันทหาร ทั้งสิ้น           Asian invisible is Thai politics Phenomena. Worth Case, there may be violence after the election is most possible. 2. Normal Case, the government must bargain with military institutions perfectly   and last case is least possible 3. Best Case, the political situations is better direction. However according to studies, found that the middle class is variable of politics but   eventual all interests group must be bargaining advantage with military academy.
