การพัฒนาสินค้านวัตกรรมด้วยเครื่องทอดอาหารสุนัขแบบสายพาน

Abstract

          การพัฒนาสินค้านวัตกรรมด้วยเครื่องทอดอาหารสุนัขแบบสายพานนี้ ศึกษาภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดของ Roozenburg & Eekels (1995) โดย (1) ศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาและกำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนา ร่วมกับนักวิจัยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ (2) ออกแบบนวัตกรรม (3) ผลิตสินค้านวัตกรรม (ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์) การพัฒนานี้ช่วยลดต้นทุนในการใช้เครื่องจักรที่ผลิตสินค้าที่ไม่ต้องนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ และเลือกใช้วัสดุที่ ทดแทนประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเครื่อง เครื่องถูกออกแบบให้สามารถกระจายลมร้อนให้ทั่วทั้งเครื่องทอดแบบสม่ำเสมอ และสามารถปรับทำให้อุณหภูมิภายในเครื่องทอดให้ไม่เท่ากันได้ อาหารที่ทอดจะสุกเสมอทั่วถึงกัน  ผลการทดสอบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการต่ออาหารสุนัขที่ทอดจากเครื่องนี้พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจในอย่างยิ่งกับคุณภาพของกระบวนการผลิตและคุณภาพการสินค้านวัตกรรมที่ได้จากเทคโนโลยีที่มีความทัดเทียม กับต่างประเทศ            Innovative product development by conveyer type dog food air fryer develops under the conceptual framework of Roozenburg & Eekels (1995) by (1) studying the needs for development and setting development goals together with expert researchers (2) designing innovations (3) producing innovative products (Product design). This development help reduces the cost of using machines that produce products that do not need to be imported from abroad and choosing materials that replace machine production efficiency. The machine is designed to be able to distribute hot air throughout the fryer evenly and can adjust the temperature inside the fryer to be unequal Fried foods are always cooked thoroughly. The results of the satisfaction test of entrepreneurs found that very satisfied with the quality of the production process and the quality of innovative products obtained from technology that is comparable to other countries.
