คุณค่าของลิเกต่อการพัฒนาสังคม

Abstract

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประวัติ พัฒนาการ และคุณค่าของลิเกที่มีต่อสังคม 2) วิเคราะห์คุณค่าของลิเกต่อการพัฒนาสังคม และ 3) สังเคราะห์กระบวนการส่งเสริมคุณค่าของลิเกต่อการพัฒนาสังคม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์เอกสาร สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้แสดงลิเกและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 52 คน สนทนากลุ่มผู้ประกอบอาชีพลิเกและนักวิชาการ จำนวน 17 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ลิเกเกิดจากพิธีการสวดบูชาพระอัลเลาะห์ของมุสลิม เรียกว่า ดจิเก รัชกาลที่ 6 ทรงใช้คำว่า ลิเก พัฒนาการของลิเกมี 11 ยุค ได้แก่ ลิเกสวดแขก ลิเกออกภาษา ลิเกทรงเครื่อง ลิเกวิทยุ ลิเกลูกบท ลิเกเครื่องเพชร ลิเกโทรทัศน์ ลิเกลูกทุ่ง ลิเกคอนเสิร์ต ลิเกซีดี และลิเกเคเบิ้ลทีวี ในอดีตลิเกมีคุณค่าต่อสังคมด้านความบันเทิง ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม ด้านจริยธรรม และด้านศิลปะ คุณค่าของลิเกต่อการพัฒนาสังคม ได้แก่ 1) คุณค่าด้านเศรษฐกิจ 2) คุณค่าด้านวัฒนธรรม 3) คุณค่าด้านศาสนา 4) คุณค่าด้านศิลปะ 5) คุณค่าด้านการศึกษา กระบวนการส่งเสริมคุณค่าของลิเกต่อการพัฒนาสังคม 1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ สร้างมูลค่าให้กับลิเกสามารถยึดเป็นอาชีพได้ จัดแสดงลิเกในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ นำวัสดุและแรงงานในท้องถิ่นมาใช้ 2) ด้านวัฒนธรรม สร้างความตระหนักให้เยาวชนเห็นคุณค่าของลิเก อนุรักษ์การใช้ฉากและเครื่องแต่งกายลิเกแบบดั้งเดิม จัดแสดงเนื้อเรื่องที่ให้ข้อคิด สรุปข้อคิดให้แก่สังคม สร้างแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีให้แก่ผู้แสดงลิเกรุ่นใหม่ 3) ด้านศาสนา ปลูกฝังค่านิยมการเป็นศาสนิกชนที่ดีให้แก่ผู้แสดงลิเก แสดงเรื่องเกี่ยวกับศาสนา เนื้อเรื่องสอดแทรกหลักธรรม 4) ด้านศิลปะ สอดแทรกวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแสดงลิเกในหลักสูตรการศึกษา อนุรักษ์อัตลักษณ์ลิเกไทย ประกาศเกียรติคุณศิลปินลิเกดีเด่น ปลูกฝังค่านิยมศิลปวัฒนธรรมลิเกให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชน อนุรักษ์ช่างเขียนฉากลิเก 5) ด้านการศึกษา จัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ใช้ลิเกเป็นสื่อเพื่อการเรียนรู้ จัดทำแหล่งเรียนรู้ชุมชนลิเก           This research aimed at 1) investigating history, development, and values of Likay on society; 2) analyzing values of Likay on social development; and 3) synthesizing the process of promoting values of Likay on social development. This qualitative research used the data derived from document analysis; in-depth interviews of 52 Likay performers and relevant people; and focus group discussions of 17 Likay performers and academia. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. It was found that Likay was derived from Islamic chant for Allah called “Jikay”. King Rama VI, used the word “Likay”. The development of Likay was divided into 11 periods: Likay Suad Kaek (Islamic chant), Likay ork pasaa, Likay song kruang, radio Likay, Likay luk bot, jewelry Likay, television Likay, folk Likay, concert Likay, CD Likay, and cable TV Likay. Likay had values on Thai society in terms of entertainment, economics, society, ethics and arts. Values of Likay on social development included: 1) Economics. 2) Culture. 3) Religion. 4) Arts. 5) Education. The process of promoting values of Likay on social development. 1) Economics. This could be promoted by creating values of Likay to be one of careers, organizing Likay performances in activities, and using resources and labor in the local community. 2) Culture. The process included raising youth’s awareness of Likay values, preserving use of Likay screens and traditional costumes, organizing Likay performances that included concepts and summarizing concepts for the society, and creating good practices for young generation of Likay performers. 3) Religion. The process of this aspect included cultivating values of being religious for Likay performers, performing religious content with embedded morality. 4) Arts. The process involved integrating subjects that included Likay performance into the curricula, conserving the identity of Thai Likay, acknowledging the outstanding Thai Likay performers as honorable, cultivating values of Thai Likay’s arts and culture for youths, and conserving Likay screen creators. 5) Education. This could be promoted by developing Likay curricula at educational institution and local levels, utilizing Likay as a learning media, and establishing community Likay learning resources.
