ปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1

Abstract

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหาร ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำนวน 317 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบ สอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งเป็น 4 ตอน คือ 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน 2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และ 4) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียน โดยแต่ละด้านมีค่าอำนาจรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .40 - .93 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ระหว่าง .95 - .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า           1. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ มาก            2. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาระยองเขต 1 อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ยกเว้น ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล (X24) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01           3. ปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ (X22) และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ (X23) และปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียน ด้านโครงสร้างองค์การ (X32) และด้านความอบอุ่นและการให้การสนับสนุน (X34) ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ได้ร้อยละ 62.80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แสดงสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้               Yˆ = 1.63 + 0.18(X22) + 0.20(X32) + 0.13(X34) + 0.10(X23)              Zˆ = 0.25(Z22) + 0.27(Z32) + 0.21(Z34) + 0.15(Z23)             This research aimed to study administrative factors were focused on the transformational leadership, community participation factors and organizational climate factors of the school affecting of school effectiveness under the Rayong primary educational service area office 1. The research sample were 317 teachers under the Rayong primary educational service area office 1 by stratified random sampling. The Research instrument was a five rating scale survey questionnaire consisted 4 set as include 1) The school effectiveness 2) The transformational leadership factors 3) The community participation factors and 4) The organizational climate factors, it had discriminant power between .40 - .93 and the reliability between .95 - .98. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.          The results of the study were as follows:          1. The school effectiveness, transformational leadership factors, community participation factors and organizational climate factors of the school under the Rayong primary educational service area office 1, as a whole and each factors, were at the high level.          2. The transformational leadership factors, community participation factors and organizational climate factors of the school were positively correlated at nearly high level with school effectiveness under the Rayong primary educational service area office 1, except evaluation participation (X24) at the moderate with statistically significant at .01 level.          3. The community participation factors on the implementation participation (X22) and benefits participation (X23), the organizational climate factors of the school on the organizational structure (X32) and the warmth and Support (X34) affecting of school effectiveness under the Rayong primary educational service area office 1 These could cooperatively predict the schools effectiveness at 62.80 percent with statistically significant at .05 level.
