การพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

           การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของนิสิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ก่อนและหลังการเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 24 คน ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังนี้ 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์หาคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ได้แก่ ค่า IOC ค่าความยาก ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และการประเมินผลก่อนและหลังฝึกอบรมของกลุ่มทดลอง รูปแบบ E1/E2 เกณฑ์ที่ใช้วัดกำหนดมาตรฐานไว้ 80/80 3) การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังการเรียนโดยใช้การทดสอบทีแบบไม่อิสระ (Dependent t-test)          สรุปผลการวิจัย          1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 4 ประการ คือ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาวิชา ประสบการณ์การเรียน และการประเมินผล          2. ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรกับนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา รุ่น 60 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 12 คน พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพผลคะแนนในระหว่างการอบรม E1 = 85 และประสิทธิภาพผลคะแนนหลังการอบรม E2 = 95          3. การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังการเรียนนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 24 คน กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังจากการเรียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม          4. ผลการพัฒนานิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ โดยใช้หลักสูตรอบรม เรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยกระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) พบว่า ผ่านเกณฑ์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100           The study on “Development of Teaching and Learning with Professional Learning Community (PLC) of Students Industrial Technology Education Faculty of Education Burapha University.” has three main objectives; 1) To develop a training course on teaching and learning with Professional Learning Community (PLC) for Industrial Technology Education Students at the Faculty of Education Burapha University, 2) To study the training results of teaching and learning with Professional Learning Community (PLC) of Industrial Technology Education Students, Faculty of Education Burapha University, and 3) To compare the results of teaching and learning with Professional Learning Community (PLC) of Industrial Technology Students Education Faculty of Education Burapha University Before and after learning.; The participants in this study were 24 students studying at the Faculty of Education, Burapha University. The researcher analyzed the data as follows. 1) Mean and standard deviation were used to compute the descriptive data, 2) IOC score. difficulty level, discrimination level, the of E1 and E2 score. Were used for determining the quality of the research tools in the study, and 3) The t-test was used to evaluate the differences in means between pretest and posttest score.          The results of the study were as follows;          1. The developed training course on teaching and learning by Professional Learning Community (PLC) consisted of 4 elements 1) objectives; 2) content; 3) learning experiences, and 4) evaluation.          2. The results of the effectiveness validation of the developed training program with students studying in Batch 60 of 12 students at the same batch in their first semester. The test of E1 = 85 and E2 = 95.          3. The results of teaching and learning of the Industrial Technology Education Students, Faculty of Education Burapha University the 24 students in the experimental group possessed the average score after training higher than the control group.          4. Development of the Industrial Technology Education Students at the Faculty of Education Burapha University passed all criteria set in the objectives.
