A Study on Processes and Step on Producing Academic Papers to be Ranked as Specialist Teacher

Abstract

การศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาวิทยฐานะครูชำนาญการไปสู่ตำแหน่งวิทยฐานะครูชำนาญการพิเศษ กรณีศึกษา ข้าราชการครูเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กระบวนการและขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน จัดทำผลงานวิชาการของข้าราชการครู จำนวน 18 ราย ใน 7 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 2) ผลการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน 4) การมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างสถานศึกษาและชุมชน 5) กระบวนการทำผลงาน วิชาการ 6) แรงจูงใจในการผลงานวิชาการ และ 7) นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาและรูปแบบการสร้าง การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบพหุกรณีศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็น เครื่องมือการศึกษา และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ครูทุกคนมีหน้าที่ที่ ต้องรับผิดชอบนอกเหนือจากการสอน 2) ผลการปฏิบัติงาน ทุกคนมีความตั้งใจ กระตือรือร้น มีสมรรถนะตรงตาม ข้อกำหนด 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์เฉลี่ยในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา 4) มีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนเมื่อมีโอกาส 5) กระบวนการทำผลงานวิชาการ ได้คำแนะนำ คำปรึกษาจากเพื่อนครู ศึกษานิเทศก์ อาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยที่มี ประสบการณ์และเชี่ยวชาญ การเข้ารับการฝึกอบรม 6) สิ่งที่เป็นแรงจูงใจในการทำผลงานวิชาการ ได้แก่ การพัฒนา ตนเอง พัฒนาการเรียนรู้และเงินค่าตอบแทน 7) นวัตกรรมที่สร้างขึ้น มาจากปัญหาการขาดสื่อการเรียนการสอน  The purposes of this research were to study background processes and step on the producing academic papers of teachers in the Educational Service Area Office Chachoengsao 1. The issues of this research were divided in to 7 parts were: 1) teaching and other responsibilities 2) performance output 3) learner achievement 4) school and community collaboration 5) processes and step on the producing academic papers created. 6) motivation on the academic papers and 7) to develope and select instructional materials. The eighteen cases were selected from the teachers in the educational service area office who submitted for position improvement and who submitted their work accomplishment papers to be ranked as expert professional. This research used the qualitative research methodology in the type of multi cases study. The data for the research were collected by the in-depth interview and then analyzed by the analytic induction. The results of this research were: 1) The specialist teacher have apart from teaching 2) to intend, enthusiastic, professional competence to be alive with specialist teacher 3) student achievement higher score average 4) specialist teacher works in and with the community when the situation permits 5) processes and step on the producing academic papers were the support from colleagues. supervisors, courses training 6) motivation on the academic papers of the case study were self development, improve teaching and salary increase 7) selects and develope a wide variety of instructional materials.
