ปะการังสีขาว

Abstract

               ผลงานสร้างสรรค์ภายใต้ชื่อว่า  “ปะการังสีขาว”  ซึ่งเป็นงานศิลปะที่ผู้วิจัยต้องการแสดงให้เห็นถึงความรักที่สวยงามกับความรู้สึกของการลาจากที่ก่อให้เกิดอารมณ์ด้านลบในจิตใจ ความรู้สึกเหล่านี้ถ่ายทอดผ่านความงามของปะการัง ซึ่งโดยในธรรมชาติแล้วมีสีสันสดใส รูปร่างของปะการังนั้นเกิดจากการรอมตัวกันของมวลเล็กๆ  จนกลายเป็นรูปทรงอันสวยงาม เปรียบได้กับความรู้สึกของคนในช่วงเวลาที่คนเราต้องใช้ชีวิตอยู่ด้วยกัน ต่างก็ต้องต่อเติมสิ่งต่างๆ  ให้แก่กันและกันโลกจึงจะมีความสวยงาม ครั้นถึงวันเวลาที่คนเราต้องลาจากส่งผลให้ความรู้สึกที่เคยมีให้กันนั้นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ไม่ต่างกับปะการังฟอกขาว ที่ถูกความร้อนของแสงแดดแผดเผากัดกร่อนและทำลายปะการังจนค่อยๆ ตายไป ไม่มีสีสันที่สวยงามอย่างเคยจะเหลือก็เพียงแต่ซากปะการังที่ไร้ชีวิต ขาดความสดใส กลายเป็นแรงบันดาลใจอันสำคัญที่ผู้วิจัยปรารถนาจะสะท้อนความรู้สึกอันเปราะบางเกินกว่าที่จะถนอมรักษาไว้ได้                My project, titled ‘The White Coral’, aims to express the beautiful love, which is the positive feeling, and to reflect the negative feeling of the departure. I conduct this project toward these feelings through the coral. Naturally, the coral looks colorful. Its massive figure is grown up from the small pieces of coral. Comparing it with the people’s feelings, the love is created when they gently do or grant something for others. On the contrary, the good feeling, which is used to fulfill in people’s relationship, would be gradually faded out when they abandoned each other. Human feeling is very sensitive. Express the change of feeling by comparing it with the bleached coral. The coral is bleached out by the heat of sunlight which gradually destroys it until death. Its beauty and color do not exist on its figure anymore. For my work, the delicate white paper, which could be easily torn, is used as my key material. As its sensitivity, however, it can be used to represent the fragility of human feelings.
