การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เก้าอี้ส่วนบุคคล

Abstract

          การวิจัย  พบว่าการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เก้าอี้ส่วนบุคคล มีความเป็นไปได้สูงในการนำไปต่อยอดการผลิตเพื่อเชิงพาณิชย์ จากผลการออกแบบและทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบเก้าอี้บุคคลหลายแบบ ปรากฏว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เก้าอี้ส่วนบุคคล สามารถใช้งานได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีความงามด้วยรูปทรงและการผสมผสานวัสดุ คือฐานส่วนล่างสำหรับรับน้ำหนักใช้เหล็กเส้นขนาด 3 หุน ดัดเป็นโครงสร้างและใช้ปูนซีเมนต์ฉาบปิดผิวให้มีความหนาประมาณ 1.5 นิ้วโดยรอบ ส่วนที่นั่งใช้เหล็กเส้นดัดและเชื่อมเป็นโครงสร้างเคลือบน้ำมันวานิชป้องกันความชื้นแล้วใช้ผักตบชวาถักเปียสานขัดเป็นลวดลายปิดผิว ใช้น้ำมันวานิชทาเคลือบ 3 ครั้ง จำได้ผลิตภัณฑ์เก้าอี้ส่วนบุคคลที่มีความแข็งแรงทนทาน สวยงามเหมาะแก่การนำไปใช้งานและประดับตกแต่งเพื่อเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศได้เป็นอย่างดี               The aim of this research is to design the individual seat by the combination materials as cement, steel and water hyacinth. The integration technique to produce the product is to bend the steel, to weld the steel, to construct the cement, to weave water hyacinth and to decorate.               The research was shown that we can diversify the product design of individual seat was well using with good design by its shape and material combination. We had bent the steel as the seat construction and cover by cement then weave by water hyacinth all around and paint with varnish oil to protect high moisture.
