การอนุรักษ์ศิลปะมวยไทยเพื่อการเผยแพร่ : กรณีศึกษา มูลนิธิค่ายมวยศิษย์ยอดธง เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

การอนุรักษ์ศิลปะมวยไทยเพื่อการเผยแพร่ : กรณีศึกษามูลนิธิค่ายมวยศิษย์ยอดธง เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาชีวประวัติและผลงานศิลปะมวยไทย ของ ดร.ยอดธง เสนานันท์ ประวัติศาสตร์มวยไทยและความเป็นมาของมูลนิธิค่ายมวยศิษย์ ยอดธง เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี 2. เพื่อศึกษาการอนุรักษ์เพื่อการเผยแพร่และศักยภาพของมูลนิธิค่ายมวยศิษย์ยอดธง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้การศึกษาจากเอกสารการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณ ใช้หลักการตีความและทำการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและศักยภาพ (SWOT Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ดร.ยอดธง เสานานันท์ เป็นบุคลากรที่สำคัญและมีบทบาทมากในวงการมวยไทย เป็นครูผู้ให้โดยไม่หวงแหนวิชาความรู้ช่วยเหลืองานสังคม มีผลงานและเกียรติประวัติมากมาย รักและหวงแหนศิลปะมวยไทยยิ่งกว่าชีวิตและมีความตั้งใจที่จะอนุรักษ์ และเผยแพร่ศิลปะมวยไทยต่อไป เนื่องด้วยศิลปะมวยไทยเป็นศิลปะการต่อสู้ประจำชาติพระมหากษัตริย์ในอดีตเรียนรู้ศิลปะมวยไทยเพื่อทําการศึกสงครามและกอบกู้เอกราช มูลนิธิศิษย์ยอดธงเป็นหน่วยงานหนึ่งที่เน้นการอนุรักษ์ศิลปะมวยไทยเป็นอย่างมาก พร้อมกับทั้งมีการส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่ให้กับเด็กเยาวชน ประชาชนโดยทั่วไปและชาวต่างชาติ ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจรวมถึงให้ความสำคัญกับวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและความเชื่อต่างๆ ของศิลปะมวยไทยอีกด้วย สำหรับศักยภาพของมูลนิธิฯในด้ายต่างๆ นั้น พบว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการอนุรักษ์ศิลปะมวยไทย, ด้านการเดินทาง, ด้านการเผยแพร่ศิลปะมวยไทย, ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมรอบบริเวณ, ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์, ด้านสถานที่และในด้านที่มีระดับน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรของมูลนิธิฯ เนื่องจากผู้บริหารยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องการบริหารจัดการ เพราะมีการบริหารที่เป็นแบบครอบครัวจึงขาดกฎระเบียบและไม่มีการจัดการประชุมเป็นประจำ ทั้งนี้ภาครัฐควรมีการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมในการพัฒนาองค์กรของมูลนิธิฯ ให้มีเจตคติใหม่ในการบริหารจัดการและจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการเพื่อก่อให้เกิดความสมัครสมานสามัคคีและจัดทำแผนประชาสัมพันธ์ และเชื่อมโยงแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง เพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างศักยภาพที่สมบูรณ์ให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทาง ศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่ยั่งยืน  Preservation and Promotion of Thai Boxing: A case study of Sityodtong International Boxing Camp in Pataya, Chonburi, There are purposes for: 1. For study Dr. Yoddhong Sananan's biography and works of Thai Boxing Art, history of its and background of Sityodtong International Boxing Camp in Pataya, Chonburi. 2. For study the preservation for wider diffusion and potential of Sityodtong International Boxing Camp in Pataya, Chonburi that is research for qualitative and quantitative by studying from documents, compile the information by using questionnaires and interview. Then analyze qualitative and quantitative information, use interpretation principle and SWOT analysis. The results of study showed that Dr. Yodtong Senanan is the important personnel and role many things in a circle of Thai Boxing, he is a teacher who doesn't cherish the knowledge, social assistance, and there are many achievements and honors, he loves and treasures Thai Boxing more than his ife, and also intend for preservation and diffusion of its, because of Thai Boxing is the national fighting art. The king in the past learned it to wage war and restore independence. The Yodtong Foundation is the division that focuses on conservation of Thai Boxing so much, there are also supporting and diffusion for children, youths, the public and foreigners to understand, including focus on culture, tradition and belief of the art of Thai Boxing also. For the potential of the foundation in various aspects, it was found that the supporting section of the activity is the highest level, secondary level is that the the preservation of Thai Boxing section, travelling section, diffusion section of the art of Thai Boxing, surroundings section, public relations section, location section, and the lowest level is that development section of foundation organization, as a result of manager is unknowledgeable in management cause of it's managed as a family, so that without definite regulations and no meeting on a regular basis. Therefore the government should support and encourage the organizational development of the foundation, to have a new attitude in the administration, organize recreational activities to ensure a unity, do public relations plan and link up with travelling place in surrounding areas for developing complete potential as a source of cultural sustainable.
