Study and Develop new Products Reproduced from Plastic Package of Snack

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติกขนมขบเคี้ยวเพื่อทดลองหาวิธีการตัดเย็บหรือวิธีอื่นๆ เพื่อช่วยในการขึ้นรูปเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความเหมาะสมด้านคุณค่าทางความงาม ด้านกรรมวิธีการผลิต (ขึ้นรูป) ด้านวัสดุ และด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การทดลองขึ้นรูปโดยการสานมีความเหมาะสมรวมทุกด้าน เฉลี่ย (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.88) ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์มีความเหมาะสมรวมทุกด้าน เฉลี่ย 3.87 ซึ่งมีความหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากและผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจ เฉลี่ย (ค่าเฉลี่ย - 4.02) ซึ่งพึงพอใจมาก  The objective of this research was: 1) to study and develop new products reproduced from plastic package of snack: 2) to trail the weaving methods including other methods in formation process; 3) to develop the products with had suitability in four aspects which are aesthetic value. production process (formation), materials and utilization. The research revealed that the weaving formation method had overall suitability, the suitability of product development and the satisfaction of experts as high as 3.88. 3.87 and 4.02. respectively.
