ทัศนคติความปลอดภัยการรับรู้การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพนักงานในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทองจังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติความปลอดภัยการรับรู้การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน และเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในสถานประกอบการ เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม มีลักษณะการวิจัยแบบทำ ควบคู่กันไป ซึ่งวิธีการเชิงปริมาณใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตด้วยแบบสอบถามและวิธีการเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบกิจการดีเด่นด้านความปลอดภัยแล้วนำผลจากการวิจัยทั้งสองวิธีมาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกัน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทั้งพนักงานและเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทัศนคติความปลอดภัย การรับรู้การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานThis research aimed at investigating attitudes towards safety, perceptions for safety laws, and workplace safety behaviors of employees and attitudes towards safety, safety laws compliance, and workplace safety behaviors workplace safety officials working in Pinthong Industrial Estate site. Mixed method research was adopted for the study through use of exploratory concurrent research parallel with the collections of quantitative data obtained by using questionnaires with production employees, and of qualitative data obtained by using indepth interviews with workplace safety officials who worked in the companies with outstanding in the aspect of safety. Then, the data obtained from both quantitative and qualitative methods as mentioned above were jointly analyzed. In regard to the findings from both methods, it revealed that the employees and the workplace safety officials had agreeable opinions towards the 3 aspects as follows: attitudes towards safety, perceptions for safety laws, and workplace safety behaviors.
