การศึกษาการเพิ่มศักยภาพการเรียนรู้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในระดับอุดมศึกษา

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ        การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และถอดบทเรียนแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีการประยุกต์ใช้กับวิถีชีวิตชุมชนและการประกอบธุรกิจที่เกื้อกูลและพึ่งพาอาศัยกันในท้องถิ่น และใช้รูปแบบการศึกษาเรียนรู้สู่การปฏิบัติจริงเป็นแนวทางให้นักศึกษาทำความเข้าใจแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และสามารถบูรณาการและถ่ายทอดมุมมองสู่สาธารณะอย่างสร้างสรรค์การศึกษานี้เน้นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ(Action Research) ศึกษาพื้นที่ชุมชนวังตะกอ ชุมชนเกาะพิทักษ์ และชุมพรคาบานารีสอร์ท จังหวัดชุมพร และนักศึกษาจากคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 30 คน เป็นผู้คิดริเริ่มในการวางแผนงานเพื่อการลงพื้นที่ การจัดเก็บข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้แบบเคลื่อนไหว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า บริบทและการดำรงอยู่ของชุมชนวังตะกอ ชุมชนเกาะพิทักษ์ และชุมพรคาบานา รีสอร์ท มีการดำเนินชีวิตและกิจกรรมต่างๆ อยู่บนพื้นฐานการรู้จักความต้องการของตนเอง เรียนรู้ที่จะพึ่งพากันภายในชุมชนและลดการพึ่งพาจากสังคมภายนอก โดยมีรูปแบบการเรียนรู้สู่การปฏิบัติจริงของนักศึกษา ดังนี้ 1) เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ 2) อธิบายเป้าหมายในสิ่งที่นักศึกษาต้องปฏิบัติ 3) ค้นหาแหล่งเรียนรู้เรื่องเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่อยู่ภายนอกห้องเรียน 4) นำนักศึกษาลงพื้นที่ และสรุปบทเรียนทุกครั้งที่ลงพื้นที่ 5) ผลิตสื่อในมุมมองของนักศึกษา 6) นำเสนอสื่อที่ผลิตสำเร็จให้กับกลุ่มนักศึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ชมและแสดงความคิดเห็น 7) จัดประชุมเพื่อทบทวนตนเองและวางแผนการปรับแก้ไขสื่อ 8) การปรับปรุงแก้ไขสื่อให้มีความสมบูรณ์ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการศึกษา ผู้สอนควรปรับปรุงวิธีการเรียนการสอนด้วยการสร้างกิจกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพการเรียนรู้และโอกาสการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างผู้สอนและผู้เรียน สถาบันอุดมศึกษาควรสนับสนุนให้เกิดการเรียนรู้รูปแบบใหม่ๆ และการเสริมสร้างวิธีการเรียนรู้ด้วยสื่อใหม่ๆ  ABSTRACT          This study aimed to capture sufficiency economy knowledge which is adapted to suit the communities’ way of life and way to do the business and using the learning by doing theory to guide students to really understand the sufficiency economy concept. Also, students can integrate their knowledge and contribute them to public creatively.Action Research was used as a methodology for this study. The areas of this study were Wang Ta Kor Community, Koh Pitak Community, and Chumporn Cabana Resort, Chumporn Province. Thirty students from Management Science Faculty, Silpakorn University established a plan to capture and analyze the sufficiency economy concept within their responsive areas and then presented their finding in animated media format.The results of the study found out that all three study areas, Wang Ta Kor, Koh Pitak, and Chumporn Cabana Resort, had the same ways of life which were knowing what they want and learning how to give and take from each other within the community, in other word, decreasing their dependency from outsiders. The students’ learning by doing process was  1) researchers gave the opportunity to all students who were interested in this project, 2) students were explained about the process and things they had to do, 3) researchers searched for the learning sources of sufficiency economy outside the classroom, 4) students were accompanied to all three study areas and summarized their findings every field trip, 5) students created an animated media from their finding, 6) the media was presented to fellow students and specialists to receive feedbacks and suggestions, 7) researchers and students reviewed all feedbacks and suggestions, then improved the findings, and 8) the media were completely improved.The recommendation from the findings, teachers should improve their teaching method by increasing more activities for enhancing students’ learning potential and creating more participatory learning opportunities outside the classroom. Moreover, educational institutes should support a new method and channel of learning which enhancing students’ learning.
