องค์ประกอบ และตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะเด่นชัดเฉพาะของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนยอดนิยมภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะเด่นชัดเฉพาะของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนยอดนิยมภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน เพื่อศึกษาตัวบ่งชี้ของแต่ละองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะเด่นชัดเฉพาะของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนยอดนิยมภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน และ เพื่อตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพจริง (Concurrent Validity) ของตัวบ่งชี้ดังกล่าวกับผู้รู้แจ้งชัด (Known Group) ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ เอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะเด่นชัดเฉพาะของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนยอดนิยม สัมภาษณ์ผู้รู้ ผู้มีประสบการณ์ หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อกำหนดเป็นองค์ประกอบ และตัวบ่งชี้ แล้วให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 10 คน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัยได้ค่า CVI เท่ากับ .99 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 จากนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงนำแบบสอบถามทีได้รับการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมาปรับแก้ตามข้อเสนอแนะแล้วให้คณะกรรมการการควบคุมวิทยานิพนธ์ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์อีกครั้งหนึ่ง แล้วจึงนำไปทดลองใช้ (Try Out) ผู้บริหารและครู ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 50 คน แล้วนำข้อมูลจากการตอบแบบสอบถาม มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าอำนาจจำแนก และค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับด้วยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แห่งความเชื่อมั่นแอลฟา นำแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดลองใช้ (Try - Out) แล้วมาปรับปรุงแก้ไข แล้วนำเสนอให้คณะกรรมการควบคุมวิทยานิพนธ์ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์เป็นครั้งสุดท้ายเพื่อพร้อมที่จะนำแบบสอบถามไปเป็นเครื่องมือใช้เก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหาร และครู จำนวน 875 คน นำจ้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis) สกัดปัจจัยเพื่อพิจารณาจัดกลุ่มตัวแปรด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลัก และหมุนแกนแบบออโธโกนอล ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกช์ นำผลที่ได้มาปรับแก้ชื่อองค์ประกอบใหม่และเรียงลำดับองค์ประกอบได้ 6 องค์ประกอบ 37 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยผู้วิจัยได้นำตัวบ่งชี้ที่ได้จากการดำเนินการข้างต้นมาสร้างแบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารและครู ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเอกชนยอดนิยมภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่รู้แจ้งชัด (Known Group) จำนวน 50 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) อิงเกณฑ์การแปลความหมายค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (µ = 3.50) ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปทางสถิติเพื่อตรวจสอบวามเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพจริง          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะเด่นชัดเฉพาะของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษายอดนิยมภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ จำแนกเป็น 37 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของตัวบ่งชี้ทั้ง 39 ตัวบ่งชี้ได้ร้อยละ 62.17 เรียงค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ ดงนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ความปลอดภัย ด้านความปลอดภัย มีตัวบ่งชี้จำนวน 11 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้สูงสุด คือร้อยละ 22.05 องค์ประกอบที่ 2 คุณลักษณะ มีตัวบ่งชี้จำนวน 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้รองลงมา คือร้อยละ 12.78 องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ชื่อเสียง มีตัวบ่งชี้จำนวน 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ ร้อยละ 9.76 องค์ประกอบที่ 4 เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีตัวบ่งชี้จำนวน 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.60 องค์ประกอบที่ 5 อัตลักษณ์ มีตัวบ่งชี้จำนวน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบาย ความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 5.44 องค์ประกอบที่ 6 วัฒนธรรมองค์การ มีตัวบ่งชี้จำนวน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 4.53          จากการนำตังบ่งชี้ที่ค้นพบไปทดสอบกับกลุ่มผู้รู้แจ้งชัด ปรากฏว่า มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทุกตัวบ่งชี้ ซึ่งสามารถยืนยันได้ว่าทั้ง 37 ตัวบ่งชี้ มีความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพจริง ABSTRACT          The purposes of this study were to the factors and Indicators Composing Brand of Popularity Private Elementary Education Schools Southern Andaman Coast, each indicator supporting the Composing Brand. And confirmation of concurrent validity of the indicators and known-group validity. The researcher analysis and synthesized various document related to indicators supporting the Indicators Composing Brand of Popularity Private Elementary Education School, interviews of the educated, the experienced or he expert in order to designate factors and indicators. Ten experts based on Content Validity Index reviewed the research tool. The CVI was at .99 and the level of confidence was .96. The researcher then revised and re-edited the questionnaire to trespond the recommendation of the experts and submitted the re-edited questionnaire to the thesis advisors to recheck. The Try-out was conducted with 50 administrators and teachers working in the private primary school. The date collected ware analyzed to find out discrimination and reliability of the questionnaire though Alpha Reliability Coeffcient. The Questionnaire was improved and submitted to the thesis advisors to make a final approval. The questionnaire was used to collect date from 857 administrators and teachers. The data collected were analyzed by Exploratory Factor Analysis and Factor Extraction for grouping factors through Principle component Analysis and Varimax Orthogonal Rotation Method. The results were used to finalize the factors. There were 6 factors and 37 indicators. By using the indicators, the researcher constructed a questionnaire to collect the data form 50 teachers of Known Group working in the most popular private primary schools. The data were analyzed by t-test criteria-reference interpretation of mean at high level  (µ = 3.50) by a statistic-analysis computer program to confirm concurrent validity.          It was found that there were 6 factors and 37 indicators supporting the Factors and Indicators Composing Brand of Popularity Private Elementary Education School Southern Andaman Coast. The variance of 37 indicators was 62.17 as the following order of factors; Factor 1) Safety consists of 11 indicators with the highest variance at 22.05; Factor 2) Prominent features consists of 6 indicators with the second-level variance at 12.78%; Factor 3) Popularity consists of 6 indicators with the variance 9.76%; 4) Information Technology consists of 4 indicators with the variance 7.60%; Factors 5) Identity consists of 5 indicators with the variance 5.44%; Factors 6) Organizational culture consists of 5 indicators with variance 4.53%;          After all indicators were conducted with the known group, the results were statistically significant. This confirmed the concurrent validity of all 37 indicators
