การบริหารการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการศึกษาบทเรียน (Lesson Study)

Abstract

          ประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้นำการศึกษาบทเรียน (Lesson Study) มาใช้จัดการเรียนการสอน ซึ่งเป็นชั้นเรียนที่เน้นกระบวนการคิด กระบวนการแก้ปัญหา มีการสะท้อนผลเพื่อให้เกิดความคิดใหม่ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในครั้งต่อไป บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาบทเรียน ข้อค้นพบจากการสังเกตการสอน ข้อค้นพบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารการศึกษา และข้อเสนอแนะในการนำการศึกษาบทเรียนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในประเทศไทย           The country of Japan has applied Lesson Study for learning and teaching that emphasized on critical thinking process as well as problem-solving process. The reflection of this methodology is to creating the new phenomena for learning and teaching management. This article provides the way of Lesson Study finding from learning and teaching observation, and the finding of how the educational administration enhancing Lesson Study, finally success in Lesson Study for application the appropriation in the country of Thailand
