การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

Abstract

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยวิธีการวิจัยจำแนกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดที่ใช้ในการวิจัยขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการความรู้ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 รอบ กล่าวคือ รอบที่ 1 การประเมินด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มรอบที่ 2 การประเมินด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากการสนทนากลุ่มสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ในคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน 10 กิจกรรมหลัก 69 กิจกรรมย่อย ดังนี้ 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมตามปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการความรู้มี 27 กิจกรรม 2) การปฏิบัติการจัดการความรู้ตามกระบวนการจัดการความรู้มี 33 กิจกรรม 3) การวัดและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดการความรู้มี 9 กิจกรรม โดยมีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในระดับมาก            The study was designed to develop the knowledge management model at the Faculty of Nursing in Western University in Kanchanaburi. The methodology of the study consisted of four steps: 1) Analyzing documents and set up the conceptual frame work; 2) Studying the present situations, the problems and the needs of knowledge management at the Faculty of Nursing Western University in Kanchanaburi.; 3) Constructing the knowledge management model at the Faculty of Nursing in Western University in Kanchanaburi.; 4) Evaluating the knowledge management model at the Faculty of Nursing in Western University in Kanchanaburi. The analysis of the data was accomplished by focus group discussion, mean and standard deviation.            Based upon the finding of the study, it was concluded that:            The knowledge management model at the Faculty of Nursing in Western University in Kanchanaburi consisted of three steps, ten main activities and sixty-nine sub activities as follows: 1) KM Planning which consisted of three main activities with twenty-seven sub-activities 2) KM Acting which consisted of six main activities with thirty-three sub-activities 3) KM Assessing which consisted of one main activities with nine sub-activities. All of the activities are suitable and acceptable
