การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวชี้วัด และเพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจากหน่วยงาน/สถานประกอบการต่าง ๆ จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ลักษณะมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.58-0.90 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นในแต่ละองค์ประกอบอยู่ระหว่าง 0.87-0.94 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนอันดับที่ 2          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า          1. ตัวชี้วัดคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 5 องค์ประกอบ 31 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 7 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านความรู้ 6 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา 6 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และความรับผิดชอบ 6 ตัวชี้วัด และด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 6 ตัวชี้วัด          2. ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลตัวชี้วัดคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน อันดับที่สอง พบว่า โมเดลมีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบ เป็นบวกมีขนาดตั้งแต่ 0.84 ถึง 0.97 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ทุกค่า          The purposes of this research were to develop indicators and to validate the model of preferable characteristics indicators on the user need for the educational technology graduates of Faculty of Education at Burapha University. The participants of the research were 285 graduate users from various organizations. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The item discriminations of the tool ranged was between 0.58-0.90. The level of reliability of each factors was between 0.87-0.94. The second order confirmatory factor analysis was performed to determine the validity of the model.          The research results were as follows:          1. The development of preferable characteristic indicators on the graduate users need of the educational technology graduates of Faculty of Education at Burapha University consisted of 5 factors includes 31 indicators: (1) Ethic includes 7 indicators (2) Knowledge includes 6 indicators (3) Skill includes 6 indicators (4) Interpersonal skill and responsibility include 6 indicators and (5) Numeric analysis, communication and information technology skills includes 6 indicators.          2. The validity of the model by using the second order confirmatory factor analysis was valid and well fitted to empirical data. The factor loading indicators were positive from 0.84 to 0.97 and statistically significant at the 0.01 level
