การบริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริง

Abstract

ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริง (Authentic  Leadership) เป็นคุณลักษณะและพฤติกรรมของผู้นพที่มีความมั่นคงในคำพูด การกระทำ และค่านิยม มีความตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง รู้จักตนเอง และมีการยอมรับนับถือตนเอง มีค่านิยมหลักทางบวก และปฏิบัติตามค่านิยมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ มีความต้องการที่จะเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเอง รวมทั้งการส่งเสริม และพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความเจริญเติบโต มีความสามารถในการสร้างความเชื่อใจให้กับบุคลากร รวมไปถึงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย อันเนื่องมาจากการมีภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเองจากภายใน การมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ ตลอดจนการดำเนินชีวิตที่ดีทั้งชีวิตในการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว โดยแนวทางในการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาให้มีภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงนั้นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองในด้านจริยธรรม อำนาจ การสื่อสาร และองค์กร รวมไปถึงการเรียนรู้ตัวตนที่แท้จริงของตน การเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองจากภายใน ความชัดเจนในค่านิยมส่วนตัว และหลักการแห่งความสำเร็จที่ยึดถือ ตลอดจนการพัฒนาความเข้าใจ และตระหนักรู้ต่อหลักการแห่งกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ ทำงานโดยรวมกับกำลังหรืออำนาจ รู้จักใช้โครงสร้างที่เอื้อต่อสิ่งที่ต้องการ มีวิสัยทัศน์ในชีวิต และความเอาใจใส่ โดยพัฒนาตนเองให้เป็นไปตามธรรมชาติ เรียนรู้จากปัญหา อุปสรรค และประสบการณ์ ดังนั้นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองให้มีทักษะภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงอันจะเป็นรากฐานที่สำคัญในการพัฒนาตนเอง พัฒนาสถานศึกษา รวมไปถึงการพัฒนาชุมชน และสังคมให้เจริญก้าวต่อไป Authentic Leadership was defined as features and behaviors of leaders who are consistent in words, actions, and values with their self-awareness and self-respect. Authentic leaders are the persons who have positive core values and follow their values regularly, desire to learning and self-development. As well as promoting personal growth and development, have the ability to build trust with their staff members and stakeholders. Authentic leadership of school administrators occurs from inner change, morals, and professional ethics as well as a good lifestyle at work and personal life. On the development of school administrators to have authentic leadership, they need to learn develop themselves in ethics, power, communication and organization, self knowledge, inner change, clarity in values and principle of success. As well as developing an understanding and awareness the principle of creative process, overall strength or power, using structure that is conducive to what they want, a life vision and attention to all important things. They can develop themselves by natural way, learning from problems, obstacles and experience. We can say that authentic leadership is very important for school administrator They must learn and develop their own leadership because it will be necessary, not only for the growth of themselves but also for school, community and social.
