การบริหารการจัดการศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล เขตอำเภอบางบัวทอง ในทศวรรษหน้า

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในเขตอำเภอบางบัวทอง ในทศวรรษหน้า วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้ในการสนทนากลุ่มจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กรรมการสถานศึกษา ครูของสถานศึกษา และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่ศึกษาในสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาในเขตการบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง จำนวน 20 คน ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่างเดียวกัน จำนวน 362 คน โดยมีแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์โดยนำไปทดลองสอบถามกับกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของ Cronbachได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.980 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพศึกษาปัจจัย 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพกระบวนการเรียนรู้ 2) ด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพครู 3) ด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษา และ 4) ด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหาร ซี่งพบว่าทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล เขตอำเภอบางบัวทอง ในทศวรรษหน้า ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ปัจจัยด้านพัฒนาครู ปัจจัยด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษา และปัจจัยด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล เขตอำเภอบางบัวทอง ในทศวรรษหน้า ทั้งในด้านความเหมาะสมของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาและความเป็นไปได้ของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างระบุว่าการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาดังกล่าวมีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ This research has the objective to study in education management model for schools under sub-district administrative organization in Bangbuathong district in the next decade. Qualitative study was using focus group method, was conducted on 20 people who executives of school, committee of school, teachers and parent of student. Quantitative study was done the same study group which assessed 362 people. Questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The statistical analysis was used to perform the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation. Questionnaires were tested 30 experimental groups. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was used to measure data reliability at 0.980. The qualitative study result had found that 4 factors; 1) Quality development for learning process. 2) Quality development for teachers. 3) Quality development for schools. And 4) Quality development for management. The finding result was correlated with the education management for schools under sub-district administrative organization in Bangbuathong district in the next decade. With regards to the quantitative study that 4 factors were correlated to the education management for schools under sub-district administrative organization in Bangbuathong district in the next decade in the appropriateness of the education management and the feasibility of the education management at the statistical significance level of 0.05. Regarding qualitative study was found the education management that had the appropriateness and the feasibility.
