การศึกษาไทย 4.0 กับการพัฒนาระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก

Abstract

         การศึกษาไทย 4.0 เป็นการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาใหม่ๆ มาเป็นตัวขับเคลื่อน การเข้าถึงความรู้ที่มีอยู่อย่างมากมาย เพื่อนำความรู้นั้นมาต่อยอดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยคำนึงถึงคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษาซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากลและต้องสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการศึกษาของชาติที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาในทุกมิติ ซึ่งจากนโยบายการปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจแบบเดิมไปสู่เศรษฐกิจที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม จึงจำเป็นที่ต้องมีการปฏิรูปและพัฒนาการศึกษาของประเทศ เพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาไทยให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางของนโยบาย โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย โดยเน้นใช้ทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม เพื่อการยกระดับผลิตภาพ ใช้การศึกษาเพื่อการสร้างพลเมือง เป็นกลไกการขับเคลื่อนด้วยการสร้างให้คนส่วนใหญ่ มีส่วนร่วมอย่างเท่าเทียมและทั่วถึง และใช้การบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน เป็นกลไกการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งทั้งหมดจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศให้ทัดเทียมกับนานาชาติ         Thai Education 4.0 is education to emphasise the use of new educational innovations and technology for access to various knowledge. Then, the knowledge is expanded and created a new thing based on the quality and educational standard. Thus, this will be acceptable internationally and related to the nation’s educational standard by focusing on the development in all dimensions. According to the policy for the original economic structure changing to the economy driven by innovations, it is essential to reform and develop the education of the country. The reason is to upgrade Thai education level alongside the policy guideline, particularly the Eastern Economic Corridor Development with focusing on 21st century learning skills. These skills are the driving method by innovations for productive growth engine, together with the civic education is a mechanism to drive for inclusive growth engine. Education for sustainable development is a tool for impelling the green growth engine. As a result, these three engines lead to the country capability to compete with other countries
