การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพศวิถีไทยของนักศึกษา ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

          การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพศวิถีไทยของนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ ก่อนฝึกอบรมและหลังฝึกอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 25 คน ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แผนการฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ แบบประเมิน ความพึงพอใจ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า          1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เพศวิถีไทยของนักศึกษา ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรีที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น เป็นหลักสูตรที่มีคุณภาพสูง มีระดับความเหมาะสมมาก (M = 4.29, SD = .34)          2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เข้ารับฝึกอบรมที่อบรม ด้วยหลักสูตรเพศวิถีไทยของนักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (p < .05)          3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่อบรมด้วยหลักสูตรเพศวิถีไทยของนักศึกษา ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี มีระดับความพึงพอใจ อยู่ที่ระดับมาก (M = 3.88, SD = .65)            The purpose of research and development to develop training curriculum on Thai students sexuality in higher educational institutions in Chonburi Province, to compare achievement before and after training of trainees with training courses Thai sexuality of students in higher education institutions in Chonburi Province, to assess satisfaction with the Thai students sexuality in higher educational institutions in Chonburi province. The sample group used in this research was undergraduate students. Faculty of Education Burapha University, semester 2, academic year 2018, 25 total of numbers, derived from multi-stage randomization methods, The tools used in the research consisted of training courses, training plans, achievement tests, satisfaction assessments, questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test          The results of the research were:          1) Training courses Thai students sexuality in higher educational institutions in Chonburi Province that the researcher developed was a high quality course with a very appropriate level (M = 4.29, SD = .34)          2) Achievement of trainees training with the course showed that after training was higher than before training with statistical significance at .05 level (p < .05)          3) Results of satisfaction assessment on this training course displayed that the satisfaction level of trainees was at a high level (M = 3.88, SD = .65)
