ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูภาคเหนือในระบบ 11+3 สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว

Problems in Learning and Teaching Management in The 11+3 System of Teachers in Teacher Colleges in The Northern Part of Lao P.D.R.

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยครูภาคเหนือใน ระบบ 11+3 สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอนในวิทยาลัย ครูในภาคเหนือ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2552 - 2553 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ใน วิทยาลัยครูคงไข และ วิทยาลัยครูหลวงพระบาง ของสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว จำนวน 137 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  อาจารย์ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคเหนือ สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวมีปัญหาการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปาน กลาง อาจารย์ในวิทยาลัยครูภาคเหนือที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน และมีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีปัญหาด้านการจัดการ เรียนการสอน การใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน การวัดผลและประเมินผลไม่แตกต่างกัน อาจารย์ที่สอนในวิทยาลัยครู คังไข และ วิทยาลัยครูหลวงพระบางมีปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน การใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผล และประเมินผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  The purpose of this research was to study the problems in learning and teaching management in the 11+3 system of teachers in Teacher Colleges in the northern part of Lao P.D.R. The population included 210 teachers in Teacher Colleges in the northern part of Lao P.D.R. The sample, derived by means of stratified random sampling, consisted of 137 teachers from Loung Prabang College and Khang-Khai Teacher College. The instruments used for collecting the data were a set of five-level rating scale questionnaire and an interview form. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA were statistical devices employed for the data analysis.  The findings were as follows:  The problems of learning and teaching management of the teachers in Teaching Colleges in the northern part of Lao P.D.R. in the aspects instructional provision, use of educational media, and assessment and evaluation, as a whole, were rated at a medium level. No differences were found in the problems concerning instructional provision, use of educational media, and assessment and evaluation among teachers having different experiences and educational qualifications However, there were significant differences in the aspects of instructional provision, use of educational media, and assessment and evaluation between teachers at Laung Prabang Teacher College and those at Khang-Khai Teacher College at the level of .05.
