Problems and Guidlines for Student Affairs Management of Pakse Teacher Training College, Lao Pdr

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา เปรียบเทียบ และเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานกิจการ นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครูปากเซ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 48 คน ครูผู้สอน 58 คน และนักศึกษา 274 คน รวม 380 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard-Deviation) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และ Independent -Samples t-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครูปากเซโดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครูปากเซ จำแนกตามสถานภาพที่ต่างกัน แตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  3) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยครูปากเซ จำแนกตามระบบการเรียนที่ต่างกัน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) แนวทางการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย งานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา งานสวัสดิการ และบริการสุขภาพนักศึกษา และงานคุ้มครองดูแลนักศึกษา  The purposes of this research were to investigate the problems, to compare, and to suggest the guidelines for the student affairs management of Pakse Teacher Training College. The sample consisted of 48 administrators, 58 instructors, and 274 students, totaling 380 persons. A five-level rating scale questionnaire, with the reliability at .98, was an instrument used for data collection. Mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Independent -samples t-test. were employed as statistical devices for the data analysis. The findings of this study revealed as follows 1. The problems of the student affairs management of Pakse Teacher Training College, both as a whole and in a particular aspect, were found of at a moderate level, M N 2. The problems of the student affairs management of Pakse Teacher Training College, as classified by the difference of status, were found significantly different at the level of .05. 3. The problems of the student affairs management of Pakse Teacher Training College, as classified by the difference of educational system, were found significantly different at the level of .05.93 4. The suggested guidelines for the student affairs management consisted of students' activities, students' health care and welfare, and taking good care of the students.
