การศึกษาองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของผู้นำสตรีทางการศึกษาในภาคใต้

A Study of Characteristic Factors of Woman Education Leaders in the South

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของผู้นำสตรีทางการศึกษาในภาคใต้และวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา กรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยมี 2 ด้านคือ คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและคุณลักษณะด้านพฤติกรรมผู้นำประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาสตรีในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในภาคใต้ ปีการศึกษา 2551 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง กลุ่มแรกประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาสตร์ จำนวน 370 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิชนิดสัดส่วน (proportionate stratified sampling) อีกกลุ่มเป็นผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาสตรีที่ได้รับการพิจารณาจากเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจำนวน 6 เขต โดยใช้เกณฑ์อิงกลุ่มบนพื้นฐานคุณสมบัติด้านความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาจัดเป็นผู้นำสตรีกลุ่มสูงและกลุ่มต่ำ กลุ่มละ 5 คนในแต่ละเขต รวมทั้งสิ้น 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ฉบับ ลักษณะของข้อคำถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับแบบลิคเคอร์ท สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีไกเซอร์-ไมเยอร์-ออลคิน สถิติทดสอบ Bartlett's Test of Sphericity สถิติทดสอบที่การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลักใช้การหมุนแกน แบบตั้งฉาก (Orthogonal) ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ (Varimax) โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป  ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณลักษณะของผู้นำสตรีทางการศึกษาในภาคใต้ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ 41 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ องค์ประกอบด้านความเป็นผู้นำแบบร่วมมือ ความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ การเอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา ความเป็นผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพ การพัฒนาตนเอง และบุคลิกภาพ และพบคุณลักษณะของผู้นำสตรีทางการศึกษาในภาคใต้ 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา  The purposes of this research were to study the factors of characteristics of woman education leaders in the South and to analyze the characteristics of those women education leaders in the mentioned region that resulted on success in school administration. The leadership characteristics covered 2 aspects of personal characteristics and leadership attributes. The population were woman school directors in basic education institutes during the academic year of 2008. The first group of sample were derived by proportionate stratified sampling at the amount of 370. The another group of sample were woman school directors who passed norm-referenced on the capability of school administration set by the six educational service areas in the South. This group was divided into the high and the low with five of each in each educational service area. Therefore, each group of the high and the low had thirty members that made sixty altogether. Two sets of Likert -type questionnaires of five point scales were used. Statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy, Bartlett's Test of Sphericity, t-test and exploratory factor analysis through principal component analysis with orthogonal varimax. The data analysis processed through packaged program. The findings revealed that there were 6 factors with 41 indicators of leadership characteristics of woman education leaders in the South. They were collaborative leadership, instructional leadership, caring thinking, transformational leadership, self-development and personality. It also showed that there were 12 indicators of characteristics of women education leaders in the mentioned region that resulted on success in school administration.
