Abstract

การเรียนแบบรอบรู้ (Mastery learning) เป็นวิธีการที่แบ่งบทเรียนออกเป็นหน่วยย่อยๆ ภายใต้วัตถุ ประสงค์และความคาดหวังที่คมชัด โดยผู้เรียนต้องผ่านการเรียนรู้ความเข้าใจถึงแก่นแท้ของบทเรียนในแต่ละหน่วยด้วยคะแนนแบบอิงเกณฑ์ ก่อนก้าวขึ้นสู่บทเรียนอื่นต่อไป ผู้เรียนที่ไม่สามารถผ่านเกณฑ์การทดสอบ จะต้องผ่านการติวเข้ม การเข้ากลุ่มย่อย การทำกิจกรรมพิเศษเพิ่มเติม จนกว่าจะบรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายของบทเรียน และมีผล สัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้น  Mastery learning is a teaching program that breaks down course material into manageable units, each with their own clear objectives and assessment. Students must demonstrate mastery on criterion-referenced tests or correct deficiencies before they move on in their work. Students who do not satisfactorily complete a topic are given additional instruction until they succeed. Instructional staff resources are devoted to helping students deal with their deficiencies until a mastery level of understanding has been obtained and the entire class can progress together.
