ปัจจัยทีส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ในเขตบริการสุขภาพที 3-6 Factors Affecting the Operational Effectiveness of Community Hospital in Regional Service Provider 3-6

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 3-6 2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ตามที่เป็นจริงและที่คาดหวัง 3) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 4) ศึกษาน้ำหนักของอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพลทางอ้อมและอิทธิพลรวม ของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย จำนวน 200 คน ใช้สถิติ Path Analysis ในการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์และน้ำหนักของอิทธิพล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า             1. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 3-6 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก       2. ประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 3-6 ที่คาดหวังกับที่เป็นจริงแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01                                                       3. ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกับข้อมลูเชิงประจักษ์ จากเกณฑ์ดัชนีที่่ใช้ทดสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีระดับความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดทุกดัชนี สรุปได้ว่า รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์                                                                  4. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ขวัญกำลังใจของบุคลากร การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร บรรยากาศองค์กร และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีอิทธิพลทางตรง และอิทธิพลรวม ต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมโดยส่งผ่านขวัญกำลังใจของบุคลากรThe objectives of this study were to 1) study the level of the operational effectiveness of community hospital in regional service provider 3–6, 2) compare the actual and expected operational effectiveness of community hospital, 3) test the consistency of the developed model for causal relationship between factors affecting the operational effectiveness with the empirical data, and 4) explore the direct, indirect and total influences of causal factors affecting the operational effectiveness. There were 200 participants used as a sample group. A path analysis model was administered to test the consistency of the developed model for causal relationship between factors affecting the operational effectiveness with the empirical data and to explore the direct, indirect and total effects on the operational effectiveness. The results of the study were as follows:                  1) The operational effectiveness of community hospital in regional service provider 3-6 was at a very good level.                                                           2) There were statistical significant differences in the level of expected and actual operational effectiveness of community hospital at a significant level of 0.01                                                                                                            3) Results of consistent with the empirical data. From the index criteria used to test the consistency of the developed model. A consistent level up to standardized. Conclusions the model for causal relationship was consistent with the empirical data.                                                                                       4) Administrators’ leadership, personnel’s morale, personnel’s participation, organizational atmosphere, and information technology had a direct and total direct effects on the operational effectiveness at a significant level of .01. It was found that the administrators’ leadership had indirect effects on operational effectiveness by their passing personnel’s morale.
