Life Insurance Increment in Thailand

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มการทำประกันชีวิตในประเทศไทย โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในปี ๒๕๕๒ จำนวน ๔๐๐ ตัวอย่าง แบ่งเป็นเขตบางกระปิ จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร อำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง (ภาคเหนือ) อำเภอหนองบัว จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ (ภาคกลาง) อำเภอท่าอุเทน จังหวัดนครพนม (ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ) และอำเภอกงหลา จังหวัดพัทลุง (ภาคใต้) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มการทำประกันชีวิต ในประเทศไทยเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ การมีสัมพันธภาพอันดีกับลูกค้า (Beta = ๐.๔๒๑) การยอมรับบริษัทประกันชีวิต (Beta = ๐.๒๒๕) ความเต็มใจในรูปแบบประกันชีวิตของผู้เอาประกัน (Beta = ๐.๑๙๒) การยอมรับตัวแทนประกันชีวิต (Beta = ๐.๐๙๕) การใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาล (Beta = ๐.๐๘๕) ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยที่ไม่มีผลต่อการเพิ่มการทำประกันชีวิตในประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การชนะปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการทำงาน การบริการหลังการขาย และการจัดการของบริษัท  This research was aimed to study the factors effecting to the life insurance increasment in Thailand. The data from 400 participants had been collected in Bangkapi District, Bangkok Province; Chaehom District, Lampang Province (the north region); Nongbua District, Nakhon Sawan (the central region); Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province (the northeast region); and Kongra District, Phatthalung Province (the southern region) in 2009. The result have shown that the management model which led to the factors effecting life insurance increasment in Thailand include the following positive factors, namely, the good relationships with customer (Beta = 0.421) the acceptance of the insurance company from customers (Beta = 0.225) the insured’s satisfaction in the insurance program (Beta = 0.192) the acceptance of the insurance agent from customers (Beta = 0.095) and the application of good governance (Beta = 0.085). The factory which did not significantly effect the life insurance increasment were the problem-solving abilities, the after sale service and the company’s management.
