คุณลักษณะที่สําคัญในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการที่มีผลการปฏิบัติงานดีเด่น: กรณีศึกษา กรมอุทยาน แห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช

Abstract

          การวิจัยเรื่อง คุณลักษณะที่สําคัญในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการที่มีผลการปฏิบัติงานดีเด่น: กรณีศึกษา กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อค้นหาคุณลักษณะที่สําคัญของข้าราชการที่มีผล การปฏิบัติงานดีเด่น เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) รูปแบบการศึกษารายกรณี (Case Study) เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นข้าราชการที่มีผลการปฏิบัติงานดีเด่นจํานวน 15 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะที่สําคัญของข้าราชการที่มีผลการปฏิบัติงานดีเด่นมี 10 คุณลักษณะ ได้แก่ ความรู้เฉพาะทาง, การปรับตัวและการอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่น, ความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจ, ความใฝ่รู้, ความ เสียสละ, ความหวงแหนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ, มีใจรักในงานและอาชีพ, ความขยัน, ความซื่อสัตย์ และความอดทน           The objective of the research entitled significant characteristics on the outstanding performance of the government officers: a case study of the National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department was to seek for the significant characteristics of the forestry officials. The research was a qualitative research with a case study. The data collection was completed by an in-depth Interview. The key informants were 15 outstanding forestry officials. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The results found that there were 10 characteristics of outstanding performances, specialized knowledge, adaptation and coexistence with others, passion, curiosity, devotion, cherished natural resources, love in career, diligence, honesty, and patience.
