ความต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาการบริหารการพัฒนา ของนิสิตปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

          รายงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความสนใจสาขาวิชาการบริหารการพัฒนา 2) ความ ต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา 3) การตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และ 4) คุณลักษณะของผู้สําเร็จการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาตามความต้องการของผู้บริหารองค์กรภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่กําลังศึกษาในภาคปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2560 คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ และคณะการจัดการและการท่องเที่ยว จํานวน 320 คน และผู้บริหารขององค์กรภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน จํานวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม   วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นิสิตมีความสนใจสาขาวิชาการบริหารการ  พัฒนา อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา นิสิตมากกว่าครึ่ง  ไม่ต้องการศึกษาต่อในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 3) ปัจจัยในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับ  บัณฑิตศึกษาอันดับแรกคือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน และ 4) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตตามความต้องการของผู้บริหารองค์กรภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนอันดับแรกคือ สามารถทํางานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างดี           The purposes of this research were to study 1) interest in the development administration 2) the needs for further study in a graduate level 3) decision-making in choosing to further study in a graduate level, and 4) characteristics of graduate students in accordance with the requirements of public and private sector executives. Quantitative research method was employed in this study. The samples were 320 fourth year students who enrolled in the second semester of the academic year 2017 and studied in the faculty of Political Science and law and the faculty of Management and Tourism, including 100 executives who worked in public and private sectors. This research was conducted using questionnaires. The data was analyzed by frequency and percentage.          The results of the study were found that 1) students were interested in further study in a graduate level in the Development Administration at high level. 2) More than half of students did not want to further study in a graduate level in Burapha university. 3) the first factor in decision-making in choosing for further study was a student’s factor. And 4) a characteristic of graduate students in accordance with the requirements of public and private sector executives was working with others well.
