ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการผู้นำทางการเมือง แบบมีอำนาจเต็มของสังคมไทย

Abstract

          สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2557 ได้เกิดการรัฐประหารขึ้นในประเทศไทย โดยกองกำลังทหารได้เข้ายึดอำนาจการปกครองจากรัฐบาลประชาธิปไตยที่มาจากการเลือกตั้ง แต่มีประชาชนไทยจำนวนหนึ่งได้มาแสดงความยินดีและชื่นชมต่อผู้นำใหม่ที่มาจากทหารที่มีอำนาจมาก สามารถตัดสินใจได้อย่างเด็ดขาด เรียกว่า “ผู้นำที่มีอำนาจเต็ม” การวิจัยนี้จึงสนใจว่าสังคมไทยชื่นชอบหรือต้องการผู้นำทางการเมืองแบบใด เพราะเหตุใด การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพ่ือให้ทราบถึงความต้องการในแบบผู้นำทางการเมืองของสังคมไทย และปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อความต้องการในผู้นำทางการเมืองแบบมีอำนาจเต็มของสังคมไทย จากนั้นนำมาสร้างเป็นสมการทางคณิตศาสตร์ เพื่อพยากรณ์ว่าแบบผู้นำที่สังคมไทยต้องการนั้นขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยใดหรือตัวแปรใดมีขนาดปริมาณมากน้อยเพียงใด และมีทิศทางอย่างไร จึงได้ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งทั้ง 4 ภาค 77 จังหวัด รวมจำนวน 443 ตัวอย่าง มาทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ             แบบขั้นตอนและอื่น ๆ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สังคมไทยชื่นชอบหรือต้องการผู้นำแบบมีอำนาจเต็มมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 58.17 (เต็ม 100) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการในผู้นำแบบมีอำนาจเต็ม มีสาเหตุเนื่องมาจาก 4 ปัจจัย คือ  ความสามารถในการจัดระเบียบสังคม รองลงมาคือ อายุของผู้ตอบ ลำดับต่อมา คือ ความสามารถในการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ทางการเมือง และลำดับสุดท้ายคือ ความสามารถในการสร้างความเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ แต่ในกรณีหลังนี้ สมการมีค่าเป็นลบ แสดงว่า สังคมไทยมองว่าส่งผลในทางที่ไม่ดีต่อความเจริญ เติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ ทำให้ค่าความต้องการผู้นำแบบนี้เป็นไปในทางที่ลดลง โดยผลการวิเคราะห์นี้กำหนดระดับความเชื่อมั่นไว้ 95% ซึ่งสามารถพิจารณาขนาดและทิศทางได้จากสมการ ดังนี้          ความต้องการผู้นำแบบมีอำนาจเต็ม          = 21.71+.28 ความสามารถในการจัดระเบียบสังคม                      +.26 อายุของผู้ตอบ                      +.24 ความสามารถในการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ทางการเมือง                      -.18 ความสามารถในการสร้างความเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ           ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจากการวิจัยนี้ คือ สำหรับผู้นำทางการเมืองแบบมีอำนาจเต็ม เพื่อให้คะแนนความชื่นชอบหรือความต้องการมีมากขึ้นอย่างยั่งยืน ควรจะต้องเพิ่มความสามารถในการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยให้สามารถจัดการกับปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ควรเพิ่มความสามารถในการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองโดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิเสรีภาพในการแสดงออกทางการเมืองของประชาชน และการยอมรับจากต่างประเทศมาประกอบด้วย และควรปรับปรุงแก้ไขจุดอ่อนโดยการเพิ่มความสามารถในการสร้างความเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศให้มากขึ้น ควรเพิ่มความสามารถในการแก้ไข ปัญหาการก่อการร้าย และการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในวงราชการ ควรจัดทำโครงการที่ให้ประโยชน์แก่ผู้ที่มีอายุมาก เพราะเป็นผู้ที่มีแนวโน้มชื่นชอบผู้นำ แบบมีอำนาจเต็มและควรคิดค้นนโยบายที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน “ที่โดนใจ” ที่ประชาชนไม่รู้ลืมสำหรับนักวิจัย ควรนำวิธีการวิจัยนี้ไปทำซ้ำ หรือดัดแปลงหรือขยายขอบเขตการวิจัยหรือเจาะลึกให้มากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้ สามารถนำผลการวิจัยนั้นมาสร้างเป็นทฤษฎีทางการเมืองยุคใหม่ต่อไป           From 2017, May 22nd there was a coup d’etat in Thailand by the military take over from the democratically elected government. But many Thai people have come to congratulate and welcome to new leader from powerful military, can be decided decisively called “Full Power” This research is interested in what types of leader that Thai society likes or wants. This research aims to identify the Full- Power political leadership type that Thai society wants and then create a mathematical equation to know what kind of leadership that Thai society wants, depends on what factors, how much and how is the direction. The 4 region were randomly selected from 77 provinces, the total electoral sample of 443 samples were analysis by stepwise multiple regression analysis and other. The research found that Thai society wants or desires a full power leader (authoritarian or totalitarian) with an average of 58.17 (Full 100). Factors that affect the need of full power leadership are caused by 4 factors, first are the ability to organize society. Secondly, is the respondent’s age and next is the ability to solve the political situation and the last one is the ability to create economic growth but there is a negative value in the equation, showed that Thai society having a negative effect on the full power leadership in the economic growth of the country. This leads the decrease in demand for this leadership. The result of this analysis set a reliability level of 95% can be determined the quantity and direction by the following equation.           Want Full Power Leadership           = 21.71+.28 Social.order.ability                        +.26 Age                       +.24 Political.situation.solution                       -.18 Economic.growth.ability          The suggestions from this research are for full power political leaders to rate the liking level or the demand to growing up more and more it should enhance the ability to resolve political situations by consider about people’s right or freedom of expression and international acceptance includes. Should solve the weakness by increasing the capacity of the country to increase its economic growth and it should enhance the ability to solve terrorism and corruption problems in the government. It should have a program that is beneficial to older people because they are more likely about full power leader and should be devised policies that are beneficial “Be to one’s taste” to the people which is unforgettable. For researchers should use this method of research to replicate, modifies or expanded, or further explored to use this research into a new political theory.
