แนวคิดการกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาวิจัยทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงของการบริหารอสังหาริมทรัพย์และทรัพยากรอาคาร

Abstract

            การศึกษาแนวคิดขั้นตอนสำคัญของการกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาที่นำไปสู่การวิจัยทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงของการบริหารอสังหาริมทรัพย์และทรัพยากรอาคาร เพื่อประโยชน์ของนักวิจัย นิสิตนักศึกษา เจ้าของผู้ลงทุน ผู้ใช้งาน ผู้มาติดต่อ และผู้สนใจทั่วไป ในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ ผู้วิจัยต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อกระบวนทัศน์การวิจัย คือ พิจารณาทบทวนวรรณกรรม แนวคิดงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดงานวิจัย เพื่อเป็นแนวทางที่นำไปสู่การวิจัยในอนาคต ได้แก่ 1) พิจารณาหัวข้อการทำวิจัย 2) การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 3) ประเด็นความสำคัญของปัญหาที่นำไปสู่งานวิจัย และ 4) ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการใดในการวิจัย ทั้งนี้ การกำหนดประเด็นปัญหาวิจัยที่ดี จะนำไปสู่ผลการวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพ นำไปใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการประกอบธุรกิจ การปฏิบัติงานสร้างความปลอดภัย ลดความเสี่ยงด้านต่างๆ ของการบริหารอสังหาริมทรัพย์และทรัพยากรอาคารอย่างยั่งยืน และเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศได้อย่างชัดเจน           A study of significant concept for main issue of researching in risk management of real estate and facility management leads to the benefit of researchers, student, owner, investor, user, visitor and any interested person. The researcher must have a good understanding of the paradigm including Literature review, conceptual research and conceptual framework in order to advise for researching in the future. Moreover, the researcher must learn and recognize about the essential process such as 1) Consider the topic of research 2) Define research objectives 3) Identify the importance problems leading to research and 4) Apply the methodology to the research. The good concept of research reaches to a value result of research which utilizes to resolve problems for benefit of business, operation, security, reducing the risks of sustainable in Real Estate and Facility Management and development country.
