การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารของประชาชนในกลุ่มจังหวัดเบญจบูรพาสุวรรณภูมิที่มีต่อเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสระแก้ว

Abstract

          งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารและเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ของประชาชนในกลุ่มจังหวัดเบญจบูรพาสุวรรณภูมิ ที่มีต่อเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย จำนวน 400 คน แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ระดับการรับรู้ของประชาชนที่มีต่อ การดำเนินงานการพัฒนาของเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสระแก้ว และข้อเสนอแนะ เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงาน ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ สถิติพื้นฐาน ใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย (average), ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่า t-test Dependent และสถิติทดสอบ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Analysis of Variance: One - Way Anova)          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับการรับรู้ข่าวสารที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานการพัฒนาของเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสระแก้ว อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.72) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับการรับรู้ต่อการดำเนินงานการพัฒนาของเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสระแก้วในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การจำแนกผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ระดับการรับรู้ตามภูมิลำเนามีความแตกต่างกันในด้านการจัดระเบียบความมั่นคงพื้นที่ชายแดน ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาระบบอุตสาหกรรมของจังหวัดและในด้านส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และมีข้อเสนอว่าการดำเนินงานเป็นการพัฒนายกระดับและปรับปรุงพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสระแก้ว จะสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้ ควรมีการเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในการประชุม สัมมนา และควรมีการรายงานผลความคืบหน้าในการดำเนินงานของโครงการ ติดตามตรวจสอบความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินโครงการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด           This research aimed to study the level of public information awareness in Benja Burapha Suvarnabhumi provincial cluster; including 5 provinces, to Sakaeo special economic development zone and then compared to the level in Benja Burapha Suvarnabhumi provincial cluster. In this study, 400 respondents were questioned about their general data, the awareness to the process establishing special economic development zone and the suggestions. The data collected was further statistical analyzed by using general statistics, mean (average), percentage and standard deviation (S.D.) and the dependent t-test. and One Way Analysis of Variance (One Way ANOVA)          The results showed that the awareness level on the establishing Sakaeo special economic development zone was in the high level (average = 2.72). There was no statistical significant difference (p < 0.05) found in awareness level between two sample groups. After considering in each issue, the results showed that there was statistical significant difference (p < 0.05) found in awareness level between the respondents in different birthplace in the issues of organizing the border region to promote stability and development of the province and promoting the tourism industry of the province. And, they suggested that the process can develop and improve the special economic zones efficiently and moreover fulfill the needs of the people. However, it should give the opportunity to the people to participate in the meetings or conferences. Finally, the progresses or transparency monitoring should be reported. Be made the effectiveness of the operating performance.
