Abstract

          บทความวิชาการนี้เป็นการศึกษาประชาธิปไตยแบบไทย ๆ ซึ่งผู้เขียนประสงค์จะชี้ให้เห็นถึงแนวทางในการพัฒนาประชาธิปไตยทั้งระดับชาติ, องค์การ, การศึกษา จนกระทั่งการนำมาใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันเพื่อให้เกิดความเฉลียวฉลาดในการใช้ประชาธิปไตย และการสร้างจิตสำนึกประชาธิปไตยให้เกิดขึ้น โดยศึกษาจากวิวัฒนาการชองการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครองประชาธิปไตยที่ยังไม่ล้มเหลวมาถึงปัจจุบัน เพื่อพัฒนาจากระบบครอบครัว ชุมชน และสังคม ตลอดจนประเทศชาติเพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการสร้างความฉลาดในเรื่องประชาธิปไตยที่สะท้อนมุมมองของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น นำไปสู่การพัฒนาประชาธิปไตยอย่างยั่งยืน และเป็นการพัฒนาการเมืองอย่างสำคัญในการบรรลุถึงการมีสิทธิมีเสียง เสรีภาพ และความเสมอภาคทางสังคม อันเป็นพื้นฐานในการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ตลอดจนการรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองทีดี และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประเทศชาติ และมีภาพพจน์ที่ดีต่อนานาชาติ และนำไปสู่ประเทศที่มีอารยธรรม ซึ่งบทความนี้เป็นการมองภาพกว้าง ๆ ในการให้ผู้อ่านได้นำไปศึกษาพัฒนาแนวคิดประชาธิปไตยพัฒนาจนนำไปสู่ความเป็นประชาธิปไตยอัจฉริยะในท้ายที่สุด            This article concentrated on study about Thai Democracy that the writer need to focus for guiding for democratic development under the nation, education through apply in diary life for creating smart thinking in apply democracy and innovate democratic mindset by studying on evolution in changing democracy in 1932 recover failed democracy at the present. So that to develop democracy in family, community, and society and the nation to be the foundation of sustaining democracy and to create political development that reflect the point of view for the problems and take into sustaining democracy development and political development importantly by achieved for the right, liberal, equality that is the basic for political participation and voicing to people that to enhance political culture and benefit for the country and the good image for the nation and at last to create intelligence Democracy for Thailand. This articles are the broad overview for the reader guide to consider for develop democracy in the future.
