โครงการประเมินประสิทธิภาพสถานีตำรวจและความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนต่อการปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2560

Abstract

          งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการประเมินความเชื่อมั่นของกลุ่มเป้าหมายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและการให้บริการประชาชนของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในและนอกสถานี ความหวาดกลัวภัยอาชญากรรมของประชาชน ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการช่วยเหลือบรรเทาสาธารณภัย การมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครตำรวจชุมชน ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของข้าราชการตำรวจและความพึงพอใจของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการตั้งด่านตรวจของตำรวจ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยโดยกำหนด กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 17,355 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเชื่อมั่นของผู้เสียหายต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 71.49 ความเชื่อมั่นของผู้ต้องหาต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 59.87 ความหวาดกลัวภัยอาชญากรรมของประชาชน มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 46.98 ความเชื่อมั่นและความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการให้บริการบนสถานีตำรวจ และนอกสถานีตำรวจในการรับบริการจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 80.93 ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการช่วยเหลือบรรเทาสาธารณภัยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 79.02 การมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครตำรวจชุมชนมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 67.23 ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของข้าราชการตำรวจมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 71.30 และความพึงพอใจของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการตั้งด่านตรวจ จุดตรวจและจุดสกัดของตำรวจ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 73.05          The research aimed to evaluate the confidence measurement of various target groups related to police and public service of police officers on and off the station; the terror of public crime; public satisfaction for disaster relief; participation of community police volunteers; people's satisfaction about morality and ethics of police officers and public satisfaction with the establishment of the police checkpoint. The research was the quantitative research with the questionnaire research instrument with the sample group of 17,355 persons. The research found that victims’ confidence in the performance of police officers was in the average score of 71.49%.; the confidence of the accused on the performance of police officers was in the average score of 59.87%; the fear of public crime was in the average score of 46.98%; the confidence and satisfaction of the people in the service on the police station and outside the police station to receive police service was in the average score of 80.93%; the public satisfaction for disaster relief was in the average score of 79.02%; the participation of community police volunteers was in the average score of 67.23%; people's satisfaction about morality and the ethics of police officers was in the average score of 71.30%; and the people’s satisfaction with the establishment of the police checkpoints and extraction points was in the average score of 73.05%.
