การปรับตัวของธุรกิจหลังยุค COVID – 19

Abstract

            แนวปฏิบัติใหม่ (New Normal) เพื่อป้องกันการระบาดของ COVID - 19 ที่คนทั่วโลกต้องปรับ เปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมหลายอย่างพอสรุปได้คือ คนนิยมใส่หน้ากากอนามัย (Mask) พกแอลกอฮอล์สเปรย์ หรือแอลกอฮอล์เจล คนกลับมารักษาสุขภาพโดยการออกกำลังกายกันมากขึ้น พฤติกรรมการทำงานที่บ้าน (Work from Home) การเรียนออนไลน์ การประชุมออนไลน์ การมีระยะห่างทางสังคม (Social Distancing) พฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวในต่างประเทศจะลดลง การใช้รถสาธารณะลดลง พฤติกรรมการซื้อของออนไลน์เพิ่มขึ้น และการใช้เทคโนโลยีไม่ว่าจะเป็นคอมพิวเตอร์ โทรศัพท์มือถือมากขึ้น จากแนวปฏิบัติใหม่ ที่เปลี่ยนไปของมนุษย์หลังจากที่ COVID - 19 ได้อุบัติขึ้นส่งผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจหลายธุรกิจ โดยขอสรุปเป็นกลุ่มตามปัจจัย 4 ตามความจำเป็นในการดำรงชีวิตประกอบด้วยกลุ่ม อาหาร ที่อยู่อาศัย เครื่องนุ่งห่ม ยารักษาโรค และอื่น ๆ ดังนี้ ธุรกิจกลุ่มอาหาร ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร จะมีทั้งรับประทานที่ร้าน และมีทั้งการสั่งอาหารออนไลน์ เมื่อธุรกิจอาหารขายดี ธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องจะตามมา เช่น ธุรกิจกล่องใส่อาหารรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ธุรกิจสติ๊กเกอร์ที่แปะบนกล่องอาหาร และธุรกิจการขนส่งสินค้า เป็นต้น ธุรกิจกลุ่มที่อยู่อาศัย ธุรกิจการสร้างบ้าน คอนโดมิเนียม จะต้องมีการสร้างห้องทำงานเพื่อรองรับการทำงานที่บ้าน หรือเรียนออนไลน์ ธุรกิจขายของตกแต่งบ้านจะดีขึ้น โปรแกรมประชุมออนไลน์ การเรียนออนไลน์ จะขายดีและมีตัวเลือกมากขึ้นมีฟังก์ชันที่พัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ในกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ในอนาคตอาจอาจมีซอฟต์แวร์ที่ช่วย (Support) ในแต่ละอาชีพที่ทำงานที่บ้าน และซอฟต์แวร์บางตัวที่ช่วยการเรียนในแต่ละสาขาวิชาได้อย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง ธุรกิจขายอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานที่บ้าน และการเรียนออนไลน์ อุปกรณ์เหล่านี้จะจำหน่ายได้มากยิ่งขึ้นเพราะกลายเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นที่ทุกบ้านต้องมี ธุรกิจกลุ่มเครื่องนุ่งห่ม ธุรกิจขายเสื้อผ้า เครื่องแต่งกาย เครื่องประดับ จะมีการใช้แอปพลิเคชั่น AR (Augmented Reality Technology) มาช่วยขาย ธุรกิจห้างสรรพสินค้า จะปรับ เปลี่ยนเป็นธุรกิจที่มีหน้าร้านลดลงและเพิ่มการขายแบบออนไลน์มากขึ้น ธุรกิจกลุ่มยารักษาโรค ธุรกิจด้านการแพทย์ทั้งแผนปัจจุบัน และแผนโบราณจะได้รับความนิยมมากยิ่งขึ้น ธุรกิจด้านการแพทย์จะนำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้มากขึ้น คนรุ่นใหม่จะเลือกเรียนหลักสูตรด้านการแพทย์กันมากขึ้น ธุรกิจกลุ่มอื่น ๆ  ประกอบด้วยทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์จะถูกบรรจุในบทเรียนในทุกหลักสูตรเพราะต้องนำมาใช้จริงทั้งการเรียนและการทำงาน ธุรกิจบันเทิง ต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเป็นการดูออนไลน์ ธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว นักท่องเที่ยวจากต่างประเทศจะเลือกสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่ชอบและมีความปลอดภัย การเลือกลงทุนในธุรกิจในต่างประเทศต้องเลือกในประเทศที่มีความสามารถทางด้านสาธารณสุขดี ธุรกิจประกันชีวิตจะได้รับความนิยมมากขึ้น ธุรกิจยานยนต์และธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับพลังงานเชื้อเพลิงจะซบเซาลงเนื่องจากคนเดินทางลดลง คนจะมีพฤติกรรมการออมเงินมากขึ้น จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจากการระบาดของ COVID - 19 จะทำให้คนเกิดเรียนรู้ที่จะปรับตัวเป็นแนวปฎิบัติใหม่ เพื่อให้สามารถดำรงอยู่ได้ในปัจจุบันและในอนาคต             New practice to prevent the outbreak of COVID - 19, people around the world must change many behaviors. People like to wear a mask, carry a spray of alcohol. People return to maintain health by exercising more, home working, online learning, online meeting and social distance. Travel behavior in foreign countries will decrease. The use of public transport has decreased. Online shopping habits and the use of technology such as computers more mobile phones. From the new guidelines, New Normal that changed human after COVID - 19 has occurred, affecting many businesses. By summarizing into groups according to 4 factors as necessary for living, consisting of food groups, shelter, clothing, medicine and others. Food business restaurant business will have to eat at the store and with online food ordering. When the food business sells well related businesses will follow, such as food box business in various forms, sticker business on food boxes and the business of transporting goods etc. Residential group home building and condominium must have a working room to support working at home or study online. Home decor business will improve online meeting program online learning have more options, with functions that develop quickly to meet the needs of users in different groups. In the future, there may be software that will help in each career at home and some software that specifically helps study in each subject business selling home-related equipment and online learning. These devices will be sold more because it becomes a must-have for every home. Apparel group business clothing sales business costume accessories will use the AR (Augmented Reality Technology) application to help sell department stores. Pharmaceutical business medical business, both modern and modern and the ancient plan will be even more popular. The medical business will use more technology. The new generation will choose to study medical courses more. Other business groups, consisting of computer skills are include in every lesson. Because they must be used in both study and work. Entertainment business must be adjusted to online viewing. Tourists from abroad will choose tourist attractions that are safe and secure. The choice to invest in a foreign business must be chosen in a country with good public health capabilities. Life insurance business will be more popular. The automotive and fuel business will be sluggish due to the decrease in the number of people traveling. People will have more saving behavior. The experience gained from the outbreak of COVID - 19 will allow people to learn to adapt to new practices. To be able to exist today and in the future.
